Stayed at The Bear's Paw Motel this past weekend had a great time ! Great quite vintage Motel ! The room was very clean and updated ! It had a microwave, coffee maker,Mini fridge,table and chairs.. and ice cold air conditioning ! Chris the owner is very friendly and helpful it's ovous he takes great pride in his property ! And I will add it was extremely affordable! Thank you Chis for a great stay! I'll be back !!

Very disappointing,hard bed,no free ice,no maid service,that meant no clean towels.the manager went in our room when we left somewhere and shut the TV off and a/c off.and said he's allowed to do that.if you value your privacy; not a good place to go.manager acts nice and then,attitude changes after the room is paid for.The manager puts on a good show but turns on you if you disagree with him.Not an honest place.

My wife and I had the best time there the owner of the place lives on site. He is the nicest man ever the rooms were very, very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The pillows were awesome, and the shower was the best. Everything looked remodeled very nice

It's not the ritz. But the owner is friendly and always working. Clean rooms for a great low price and a restaurant bar is practically on the property with excellent food.

this is a good place if you like bedbugs. also the owner is a liar and a thief. he told me the room was one price he said he wanted a deposit as well. then he jacked up the price when I checked out and took it out of my deposit. it was only 20 bucks but still awful to do business like that. if a man will steal a little better believe he will steal a lot. find another place it's not worth the head ache dealing with such a man

I love this place. As someone who's managed hotels before this lady knows what she's doing. Her rooms are extremely clean and she takes pride in her business. These negative reviewers just don't the lady's willingness to stand up to these bullies which regularly attempt to rip business owners off in the White Mountain Area. I stay here every time i'm in the area and will continue doing business with her moving forward. She is a shining exemplification of honesty, integrity, and hard work and her business reflects it.

Chris the owner and his wife were beyond helpful! Very nice friendly people.. We ended up staying here for 2 weeks while we were waiting for our cabin.. The rooms a clean, and quiet and worked well for us our only regret is that we didn't find this place sooner! Very affordable.. Ps they don't allow pets which is great for us as we have bad allergies!

This was a wonderful experience. I stayed here for over a month, quiet, very clean. The management were excellent, always asking if I needed anything. If there were any problems, they responded immediately to make sure everything was working properly. I would highly recommend staying here.
