El lugar está bonito y las habitaciones están recién remodelada pero lo califico con una estrella porque los colchones están horribles, rechinan y al momento de qué te acuestas se sumen, escuchas el ruido de los resortes y fuimos en familia y pedimos los cuartos continuos pero resulta que a la mañana siguiente todos nos quejamos de lo feo que están los colchones. Creo que para casi $300 una noche deberían de tener unos buenos colchones.

Localización excelente. Impecable. Habitaciones grandes con baño espectacular. Tiene una piscina. Es un típico motel californiano pegado a la playa para sufriera. En recepción tienes máquina de palomitas recién hechas y cafe todo el día. Ideal para familias.

Esperaba una experiencia mejor por el precio por noche de alojamiento ya que es un poco alto pero deja mucho que desear respecto a las camas muy incomodas para descansar parecía como muy vieja y todavía te cobran extra $15 por el parqueo como que sr me hace mucho dinero y no los vale el hotel

We stayed in a one bedroom suite with a fireplace. With parking, the room was around $230 ($20 for parking in their lot which I think is excessive). The room, itself, was pretty nice. There was a murphy bed in the living room area which was a step up from a pullout sofa. The separate bedroom had a king bed. The fireplace and private deck were nice touches. One thing I don't like - there is no breakfast at all offered (even a low budget hotel has muffins in the lobby) and no coffee maker in the room (which was very surprising). The other thing that bothered me was that I called several hours before my 4 PM check in to see if I could check in early. I was told I'd be on the list. When I was an hour from santa cruz I called again, and I was told I was on the list and they'd prioritize my room. Then I called again at 3 PM - again told the same thing. My room wasn't ready until 4 PM - there aren't many rooms in this hotel so not sure why they couldn't make this small accommodation. In a nutshell, there are great views, it's not crazy expensive, nice staff and convenient to lots of restaurants and across from the beach. I do think they need to add a few amenities like a coffee maker. I'd stay here again and do recommend.

This place was a perfect stop on our family Highway 1 roadtrip. We had a deluxe ocean view room and it didn’t disappoint. The room was lovely and the bathroom was huge and decorated really well. The staff were so friendly. We appreciated the morning coffee which was available from 6am (great for jet lag) and I sat on the balcony watching the sunrise with mine. The kids loved the popcorn and sno-cones. Great location for the Wharf. I would thoroughly recommend and wish we had stayed more than one night.

I went by myself and had an ocean front king room! It was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe. It was across the street from the beach and wharf, so close for dining options. I highly recommend this hotel. I have already told my friends and family about how lovely it is, and I will be back. I LOVE how they decorated the room with beach and surf pictures. I loved the Adirondak chairs on the deck and I witnessed the best sunset and sunrise I've seen in years, Thank you for a great stay!

The personnel were professional, kind and very helpful. Our room was very clean and we had a beautiful view of the Santa Cruz Wharf and ocean. We also could watch all those taking advantage of the volleyball "courts" on the beach. As we did not have a chair in this particlar room, I ask if perhaps I could get one for my elderly Mom and the staff found one for us during our stay. They serve great coffee in the morning and popcorn at night in the office. We had a wonderful stay and even was able to get the room for an additional night as we didn't want to leave. Great place with great people.
