We really enjoyed the quiet, the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub, the heater in the bathroom was nice. The rooms were kind of dated but had a few nice amenities. My wife likes hot tea and room did not have a microwave, that was the only concern. We usually stay in a cabin, but loved the Bavarian and would stay again.

Overall wonderful experience. This place is not the super high-tech, EV charging type of hotel, which is exactly why we chose it. It's quaint, quiet and charming, and the staff is fantastic! Sure the couch in the room is perhaps a bit dated, but the rooms are huge (especially the suites), quiet, and they all have a balcony with a great view into the forest behind the lodge. Another advantage is the location, which is close enough to downtown Eureka Springs, yet far enough away to be free from traffic and craziness. I highly recommend this place for a cozy getaway to Eureka Springs!

Absolutely loved this quiet, picturesque place. My room faced the field in back, lovely little patio, fireplace and bathtub jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was needed due to cooler motorcycle riding temps. Can’t wait to bring the wife next trip here. I didn’t experience the restaurant as they’re open Thursday-Sunday during this season.

We first arrived at the Inn, it looked very nice quiet and outdated! I didn’t mind the outdated look so much because we were there for the quiet and relaxing time! We went out to eat, met some nice people along the way, loved that part, came back to sleep, I woke up the next morning to make coffee and bugs were running across the table!! Okay, I’m not against bugs, but, I’m having coffee and it creeped me out!! Then the next night, a spider ran across my pillow, and then I seen a bed !!! Then I wanted to leave!!!! I didn’t want to be rude, but, we left! We told them we had a family emergency! I guess we should have been honest and told them about the bugs! We left a day early and now they won’t give our money back!!!

I went in to order a single dessert to go. The person who I assume was the owner stated, "NO, we are too busy. You will need to wait at least an hour. I asked again, I just wanted to order 1 piece of pie (cake), and she stated again, NO. My wife is German, and her sister and nephew are here visiting from Germany. My wife's favorite dessert is a lemon cake which in on their menu. All I will say is, you have lost my business. My shadow will never be in your doorstep again. In my opinion, in the amount of time it took you to turn my request down, you would have sold me what I was requesting.

This motel was a wonderful surprise. We had a beautiful room with an awesome view of the woods. It was a beautiful suit with a fireplace. The jacuzzi was wonderful and right in our bathroom. The price was very low for what we got. This is a wonderful treasure in a good location and I would highly recommend it. The staff was very friendly and the maids kept our room spotless.

Spent the 12th and 13th in one of the suites, room was clean and cool. However the bathroom is a huge safety issue, the standing shower has a 12 to 14 inch step in and out and the floor is all tile and very slick, my husband stepped out of the shower onto a towel and fell flat on his back knocking him unconscious and with a concussion..We were in suite 402.
