Todo parecía bien hasta que desayuné.el personal de cocina estaba riendo de un cliente por qué le salió una uña en su comida y luego se portaron muy groseros con una señora por qué se le cayó una cuchara.

Stay experience was amazing. The staff were very polite and helpful. I requested early check-in and they were able to accommodate me for a noon check-in free of charge. Additionally, I had plans day of check-out but wanted to come back to shower before I left so I requested late check-out and was able to do so at 1pm instead of the standard 11am check-out time. Would definitely stay here again. Property was also maintained well and room was very clean as expected.

This hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. My sister and I also had drinks at the bar of the hotel and the bar tender was attentive and the drinks were great. They also have free breakfast that was delicious. The hotel also has a pretty big outdoor seating area with tables . The staff was amazing. This will be my go to place to stay at when I visit Fontana. What also makes it great is that there are restaurants, shops and a movie theater across the street.

Love the hotel. The entire experience was great. The rooms were clean along with the lobby. From the moment I walked in, I knew this was the place to be. The place felt inviting and made you feel like you never wanna leave. I love the breakfast setup. Breakfast was better than any other hotel I’ve stayed.

This hotel exceeded my expectations for sure. As soon as you walked in you could smell new and clean smell. Front desk staff was great and explained all the amenities and layout. The continental breakfast was not like anything I had ever seen before. It was a full breakfast; eggs, pancakes, bacon, waffles, cereal etc. that was a nice surprise to not have to spend the additional money going out somewhere to breakfast. There is a bar in the lobby with a great happy hour which was fun. The beds were so nice, slept wonderfully. We were in town for a family wedding and usually stay with family but after this hotel experience we agreed we will just stay there from now on when we visit the family.
