This place is perfect if you are comfortable with dirty rooms, no wifi and drugs. Management cares nothing about your safety. Do not stay here.

I was very tired and traveling on a motorcycle and I couldn't go any farther. Jamie, the lady running the desk got me a room and she was cheerful and nice and this was after midnight. The room was reasonably priced, clean, quiet, and just perfect. Jamie and her husband loaned me a couple of cigerattes and a charger for my cell phone so I wouldn't have to go to the store. I would highly recommend this place. Very nice management and very nice place to stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Booked and paid through choice for a 2 room 2 night stay for spring fling in nearby Eureka springs. We were told the system was down he could not see our reservation, but we could pay cash and still stay. Prices were higher due to the festival. Choice 52,made this right with 2 vip suites in a nice hotel.

Two stars for nice staff and comfortable beds. Rough area. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Other guests stood or sat in their doorways & windows all night scoping out any activity they could. I've never seen anything like this in my 34 years of traveling. Did not feel safe to leave anything in the room or walk around without shoes.

First of all the photos on the website and actual motel doesn't match. They have all new renovated rooms. Don't get fooled by the photos. Very clean and nice spacious rooms neat corridors. and a complimentary breakfast in the morning. ||advice to manager: Please update the hotel pics. put up your new update photos online.

I called ahead and was quoted a price then called back later to say I was coming. When I showed up around 5:30, maybe 2 hours later, no office employees were on property. The phone number they had posted on the door went unanswered when called twice. Two children whose mother cleans rooms there walked me from room to room, and finally out behind the motel, to find someone who could contact the indoor staff. Their step-dad was cutting grass out back and was able to help. Staff was there 10 minutes later, the whole process of getting someone to check me in took 25 min. ||||I was told by the children to ask for a new room and I am glad they pointed out how shabby the old part of the hotel was (I believe it is primarily used for permanent residents), but I'll bet the rooms were far larger. The room I got was very small but also exceedingly clean. There was in-room coffee and wifi, so that was good. On the down side, the furniture was the cheapest imaginable and the door didn't have a security latch, just ke (I used a chair). The mattress had to have been from the 70's. I could see where the duct tape had been removed from cuts in the mattress when I stripped the bed in the morning (the nasty pillow I found under the pillowcase was disturbing too). The bed was so hard and uncomfortable that I woke up and left 3 hours early and I usually loll around in the mornings till checkout.||||After calling ahead I paid $44 for 1 night; the sign outside advertised $29, and that bothered me. Be aware that another motel in town is owned by the same people, the 'Sunrise Inn'. You can probably expect more of the same over there or worse as their quoted price was less than the Shamrock Inn.
