The room had many minor details that looked like the repair people did a poor job. Patchy paint, paint on the sofa cushion, spots around the shower and other little things. Other than that it was fine. Breakfast was good.

I always love staying at IHG hotels, but after this my view has changed. I’ve stayed at the avid in Rogers Arkansas and it was a wonderful stay. I went right to sleep with no issues clean room great staff all around a great experience. This hotel not so much. The first room they put us in there was black hairs on the bed and a strange noise coming from the telephone. It was a beeping noise (room 203). The next room they put us in was off to a good start well when we get back from the concert we went to we go to plug up our phones because they’re dead and the ports don’t work. We have three different cables as an FYI. We call back and speak to the so-called manager “Kevin” And he tells us that they tested them and they worked if I have three different cords and it still doesn’t work. I don’t think it’s working. When we called downstairs that night, they said they would put in a maintenance order. My question is, is maintenance gonna do anything at 11:45? Also the sheets smelled musty like they had been left in the washer a long time and not dried. Also the walls have numerous chips and cracks and questionable stains…… I could’ve went to the Days Inn for $48/per night. Beware of the issues this was not quality for the premium price.

No complaints at all! I posted pictures of the view - - ask for a room facing the pond and you'll see ducks and geese! Enjoyed the baby ducks. Room was clean and quiet and breakfast was good.

Very nice staff. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The room although very clean and updated could use a little tlc. The family of ducks made the trip. My wife and I could not wait to get our coffee and watch the ducks waddle from the pond to the door to be fed.

Extremely helpful staff, very quiet, great location and comfortable beds. That being said it was difficult to work because the desk was so small and the room was tiny. I would not recommend for more than one person unless you spend very little time in the room.

Stayed the other night and the room was clean, the shower was clean and the bed was comfortable. AC also worked very well. This hotel chain definitely is my top choice to stay from now on.
Breakfast has sandwiches to go, fruit, granola bars, milk, cereal, and juice which is perfect.

Elizabeth was at the front desk. Helpful and cheerful. Everyone kind and responsive. Super clean, fresh room design, perfect bubbly water dispenser, excellent coffee fresh ground and brewed in the lobby, gluten free cheerios and fruit in the morning. I liked this hotel concept a lot. I never use a pool or hot tub and am thankful not to pay for them. I wish the streaming on the TV worked. They said it will be fixed soon. Clean, new showers with soap dispensers. No tub to overflow or waste water. The rooms have no cupboards or closets to forget things in. Instead, they have hooks and lots of flat spaces to lay out my suitcase. So smart!
