I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Avalon Cerritos! The community here is well-maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. The amenities are always in great condition, and the management does an excellent job keeping everything clean and secure.

A special thank you to Justin and team, who truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel valued. They’re always available, responsive, and committed to making improvements that benefit the entire community. Whether it’s quickly addressing maintenance requests or organizing events that foster a sense of connection, their dedication really stands out.

Living here has been an enjoyable and stress-free experience, and I appreciate the efforts put into making this a great place to call home. I highly recommend Avalon Cerritos to anyone looking for a quality living experience with caring and attentive management!

Avalon Cerritos is a good place to live. The apartments are nice, and the community is well-kept. The staff is helpful and usually quick to respond. I also liked the nearby parks and the bike trail, it was a nice bonus. The location is convenient, close to stores and restaurants. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re looking for a good place to stay.

This has been my favorite community in the area since I first moved in 4 years ago. The staff are responsive and have taken good care of me -- most recently, Justin has been especially helpful with moving me back in after I moved away for a brief period. The location is excellent; you don't need to drive far to reach great shops and restaurants.

Avalon apartment is really gorgeous! I love living here. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Maintenance team is top notch!! Eddie P and Isiah are the best! They resolve on the issue quick! Avalon apt has really good people. Very happy living here 🙂 keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Recently moved in and Luis with the leasing office could not have made it a smoother process. He’s was very welcoming and communicative during the application process then extremely helpful with the move in process. Very happy with the level of service he gave. If you’re looking for a place to live in Cerritos I highly recommend!

I love the apartment and the amenities, the community is so convince to reach out the grocery , such as Walmart , trader Joe , home goods.

To be honest, the noise from the 91 freeway annoy me very much,my windows do not directly face to the freeway. The noise is also aloud.I can not sleep well.I tried to find some way to avoid it , but it does not work.

Our maintenance team (particularly Eddie!) go above and beyond to help residents and are so friendly. great job?

Thanks to Eddie and Justin for their great and excellent service, I am at Avalon. The process was quick and easy! I was able to start moving in within a few days!! Am always so impressed and thankful for the work Eddie does in maintenance. He is quick, great at what he does, but most of all, cares about those that live here!! Thank you, Eddie! So happy to be living in a quiet, safe and peaceful place like Avalon!!

I have been living in this location for approximately a month now, and I have to admit I am very pleased with my decision to move here. First and foremost, I have been utterly impressed by the professionalism of the staff here. For example, I had one minor issue recently with my dishwasher that necessitated me calling maintenance. Normally, apartment complexes are notorious for being unresponsive, however the Maintenance Crew at Avalon Cerritos was prompt in addressing my concerns. Julian and Isaiah (from the maintenance crew) immediately reached out to me, and were very prompt in coordinating a date and time (that worked for me) to handle my concern. Moreover, when they came in, they were incredibly friendly and had a great attitude. I think it speaks volumes of a location, when they hire such wonderful employees. Again while I have recently moved here, the immediate response from the maintenance crew to address my concerns gave me a great feeling about my decision.

Thanks Julian and Isaiah for all your hard work, and wonderful attitudes. It was noted, and it was appreciated.
