0 stars visited family here multiple times to find not just any mold, black mold growing out the vents. Almost every type of electronic/utility has something wrong with it. Be the ovens not having some eyes light to most faucet being leaky, to holes in the walls. Also cant forget the roach and housefly infestations. Also their are strange wanted by police men walking by the houses and staying in random people's homes as hideouts. To the random fights ive seen once or twice with my own eyes and many more just heard in the night. Once a lady brought a metal bat to one and beat a car that was just trying to get in the lot with said bat. The only positive i can even begin to think of is the "scrap" area where they put old chairs and such to be hauled off is easy to get some stuff and use it for yourself/to use for building new things out of the parts of the old stuff. So possibly .5 stars. wont go over many other things like the random gunshots I heard every night when i stayed here or the lazy maintenance staff they have but this is my honest review of the place.

If there was a way to gI've ZERO stars, I would. I come visit a family member down here and the grass is NEVER CUT. When they DECIDE TO cut it, they choose which spots they WANT TO cut. So there's more chances for snakes and fire ants to hide in the grass.
The air filter for the air conditioner's aren't changed as frequently as required by law. I'm sure everyone in the complex is breathing in mold everyday! This place needs to be treated better than this!
