All staff members we encountered were polite and helpful. I called for an early check-in since we drove several hours for a Wedding and they were accommodating.
We enjoyed the pool, would have loved to use the hot tub but it was closed. However, the pool was warm. Laundry facilities were nice and clean. The hotel was very quiet. The price for our room was reasonable. Room was clean and had extra blankets for the cold night. Everything was perfect!

I stayed here over Christmas for a week visiting family. What a great hotel! Quiet, staff are super friendly and everything clean as a whistle! If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Soldotna check it out! I have stayed in both the Kenai and this one. They both are stellar in my opinion! ?❤️

I enjoyed that I was able to park my car at the end of the building next to the door. I asked for a handicapped room but all I needed was the chair for the bathroom I didn't need a rolling shower that was provided everybody was pleasant I was met with a smile from everybody the parking lot was clean the hotel is clean I did get to use the exercise room which was a big plus overall wonderful stayWas only a 5-minute stay from from where I needed to be

We like to go to Aspen for quick getaways, specifically to enjoy the indoor pool. But each time we have gone, they have had issues with the hot tub and the pool. We always call ahead to ask if they work, and by the time we get there, one or the other are shut down. Disappointing for our kiddos.

Was easy to find. Desk clerk was great and a lot of help. Room had a great view, quiet and clean. One problem was the beds. The mattress just sunk in and lumpy. We loved the walk down to the river. Overall great experience and close to what we needed.

I always enjoy my stay at the Soldotna Aspen. Such a convenient location when staying in the area. The staff at the Soldotna location are attentive, responsive to any requests, and always friendly. I enjoy the coffee/tea bar off the lobby and appreciated the supplies available at the business center.
