So I moved into this place about four and a half years ago 5 years ago and it was really nice back then but then the company that owned them sold them which they started to go downhill on site management wasn't very good didn't seem to respond to anything maintenance was pretty bad then they sold again from what I understand and it's just an absolute joke now most of the security gates on the buildings are broken lots of the buildings are overrun by homeless people garages get broken into on a regular basis a friend of mine who lives in another building they broke into his garage the other night and stole his motorcycle they used to have security but they don't anymore so it's just a free-for-all here they really don't do anything to fix things that are wrong and it's like pulling teeth to get them to repair stuff in your unit it took them 6 months to replace my broken washing machine they look nice from the outside but it's all just a facade The maintenance people don't do anything and the leasing people aren't even here on the weekends when everybody would be looking for a place to lease they are augmented their hours so that they're only here Monday through Friday which is kind of the stupidest thing ever I would suggest if you can find someplace else do so. Pardon the punctuation using text to speech.. My unit is had a water leak I'm on the second floor The leaks on the roof which is above the third floor and it's been two and a half years and they still haven't fixed it I'm pretty sure my unit is overpowered behind the walls with black mold but they haven't even come to look The upstairs neighbors dishwasher leaked and literally melted the paint on the wall because the water was so hot and they still haven't fixed it I don't have pictures but I'm going to try and take some and see if I can add them to this after the fact

I'm very happy that my family and I landed here. We've been part of this complex for ~5 years now and I love it, overall. The Leasing Office and the Maintenance team are responsive and responsible, and Maintenance just implemented a new and much better ticketing system. I want to call out Laura Mendoza, our newest specialist in the office. She's got excellent communication and customer service skills, which we really appreciate. And she's friendly even with dealing with upset tenants (which has been me, on occasion).

I have only 2 complaints, really:
1. I wish the buildings had elevators. The lack of elevators impacted us when our roommate, Victor, lived here and came down with an aggressive cancer that he passed away from a couple of years ago. When he was ill, it was very difficult for him to go up and down those stairs. And when our parents visit it's an issue for them, too. The buildings have 3 floors, which is generally a non-issue for middle-aged and younger, or people with decent fitness.

2. People who don't live here use our amenities... every damn day! We literally have people that live around the complex, that drive over here to use our Dog Park, jacuzzi and pool. And since they don't live here, they don't behave sometimes and don't take care of their messes... like their dog's poop! And those are the same people that use those services past the allotted "open" time and make the most noise. There's a group of ~15 year olds in the neighborhood that terrorized one of our guests when he tried to use the jacuzzi. Not really a complaint about the complex or management, but I wish there was something they could do to stop it.

Overall, I recommend this place! It's definitely "family-friendly," too... except when those menacing 15 yr olds are around. 🙂

* management is a joke/rude/never answers the phone/ will call you over 5 times in a row instead of leaving a message
* Security is a joke homeless people get in the building all the time
* More than half the locks in the building and in the amenities don’t work correctly
* The lights around the apartment are always flicking or out
* They say they will tow cars in your parents space if you call a certain number but they never get around to doing it
* Maintenance takes forever to fix something but usually when they fix it, it brakes down a few weeks later
* Management/ office staff will give out your personal information
* Management didn’t care when I requested my locks to be changed because someone stocking me stole my spare key & entered my garage and main apartment & stole my belongings
* Chile Hernandez is the main manager and she does not care about you as tenants, she will disregard anything you say and argue with you leaving you with no resolution
* Chile will also con you into having to stay past your lease date if they don’t have enough business

Laura in the leasing office was amazing! She made the move in process smooth and stress free. Finding a place was urgent to our family because our previous place fell through. She understood the urgency and made it happen for us! We couldn’t be more grateful. The community is well kept and our place is super nice. It’s perfect for us. The maintenance worker Michael saw me walking to my new place and introduced himself. That was really nice of him. We are so excited about our new place.

Horrible management, they had our car towed out of "future resident 9am to 6pm" parking lot before 5pm! They don't repair anything correctly, ever, even after several visits from repair guys! Not to mention there is rampant theft in the area. I'd give no stars if I could, don't rent here.
I almost forgot to mention the worst part! There are unlocked storage closets throughout the property that are being used to store stolen items by nonresidents. After these items are stolen out of residents cars, and out of their garages, the items are relocated into the storage closets. The nonresidents then put a new lock on the door. After I had items stolen from my car, I called the police when I saw it happening to another car, (in broad daylight!) The police called the property office and big surprise, that closet is still being used for the same thing! The property management is aware that this has been happening, but it continues to happen. They don't care about it and they do nothing to stop it. They're rinky dinky security also doesn't do anything about it yet continues to somehow be employed by them.

The office phone number consistently fails to connect, despite attempting all available options; it invariably redirects to voicemail without returning calls. Despite the advertised 9 am opening time, arriving at 9:30 am often finds the office unmanned. Phone calls go unanswered, and punctuality seems to be an ongoing issue. Responding to 1-star reviews with a repetitive scripted reply doesn't address the concerns raised. If dissatisfied with the job, it's advisable to seek alternative employment, as job dissatisfaction shouldn't translate into subpar service for tenants.
