To begin with, I would stay here again in the future. We had 2 queen size beds in our room, along with a TV, dresser, and a desk in the main area. There was also a small single sink in this area.
The bathroom had a toilet with a shower/tub combination. The bathroom also has both a fan and a windows for ventilation.
With four of us in the room, the small sink and mirror was a bottle neck every morning. Beyond that, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean.
As for the service, when we asked for something, it was provided.
The location was great, in that we were close to the main tourist area. We were a 5-minute walk from multiple dining choices.
There is also a small market just minutes away, in case you forgot something at home.

Beware of scam and aggressive manager. Several hours after check out, I received a very angry phone call accusing me of stealing a blanket from the room. Told him I did no such thing and he must be mistaken. He yelled at me the entire call, demanded I return it and threatened to charge my card. I was miles away already, there wasn't much I could do besides assure him I didn't take his blanket. Sure enough, he charged me $25. I guess I'm lucky my only interaction was over the phone, I pity anyone who has to face this man in person. The rooms are decent enough but please stay away from this unhinged manager.

Booked for 2 nights, the first night stayed in a room that should be condemned. It smelled so bad had to ask for a different room. The 2nd room was much better but I think this place overall need a major upgrade. Will not be returning.

Husband super picky on places to stay in, and this place surprised both of us. We liked it, clean, no bad smell, beds were comfy. My room looks totally different from what someone on the reviews posted. Rooms Must been updated. Really appreciated was the plush blankets that were given in the room. I hate blankets all hotels give and I usually take my own and what was funny that on this trip I totally forgot my own 🙃 Also the front desk was not rude, every nice and welcoming. Just one thing I didn't like was my toddlers (2&1 year olds) being able to open the door even though we would lock it. Other than that we enjoyed our Stay and will be returning! Thank you!!

Booked a room for 6. When we got to the property (after a 4 hour drive) they told us they couldn't accomodate more than 4 people. We had to spend another $250 for an extra room so that we could all stay in the same hotel. We would have just gotten a refund except it was a holiday weekend and there were literally NO other rooms available anywhere else. The parking is quite tight for larger vehicles (Toyota Sequoia). The rooms are painfully outdated. The doors have pull down handles which are fine but there are no upper safety locks so when you lock the door from the inside all you need to do is pull the handle down to unlock and go outside. We have 2-year-old twins who had full access to these door handles. They opened the doors MULTIPLE times to the outside walkway. It's dangerous! The doors to the bathrooms are seriously narrow (like no wheelchair access narrow), the remote in the "extra" room didn't work, the paint was peeling terribly in the bathroom (which is super fun with 2 year old twins), it took about 5 mins just to heat any sort of water and then once it was heated, the water pressure barely allowed us to get the soap off of our bodies, the shower was a single stall shower with no bathtub which was NOT listed on the site and in order to close the bathroom window to lock it in the extra room we had to pay for, we had to beat it shut. And don't get me started on the hard-as-a-rock mattresses. The only thing that was fairly convenient about this place was the location. Don't get me wrong, I wasn't expecting it to be a 5-star resort by any means but for what we paid, it was unacceptable. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to ANYONE!

They were able to accommodate us somewhat last minute for our family of 6. The reviews were mixed so I booked with some trepidation. It's not a bad place for what it is, definitely a two star motel. The rooms are small, but the beds are comfortable, and based on previous reviews we did a bed bug check prior to unloading anything, but really this should be done anywhere you stay. We had the last two rooms, so when I realized our door wouldn't even latch I was worried.. especially when the lock also wouldn't engage. After much slamming and pushing we got it to latch, this had to be done anytime we left our room, which was often since 3 of our kids were in another room down the hall. The TV remote would only sporadically work if you stood in a specific place. There was only enough coffee in each room for 1 cup, and it was decaf. The staff member did supply us with regular coffee after we asked, but she wasn't even sure if they would have enough. The walls are thin, but again it's not a fancy place to stay. Overall it's a clean place to stay the night, but I wouldn't recommend an extended stay.
