Our biggest concern with this hotel was the way the front desk is staffed. When we checked in the person would not give us the price that we were being charged. Although she was difficult to understand, I believe she said she was charging the amount of our entire stay at check in. I asked for a receipt so I would know the amount she was charging and she said she couldn't give me one, that I would have to wait for an email.

Then when I was checking out I had further questions about my bill. There was nobody in person at the front desk. I had to speak to a virtual agent on a computer screen at a kiosk near the desk. A group of people were seated very near the kiosk and talking loudly. I couldn't hear the agent because his speaker volume was so low and he was difficult to understand. I asked them to be quieter but it didn't help much and they remained the entire time I was there. He had to type his responses to my questions which took considerable time. We spent 45 minutes at the kiosk.

The breakfast is below standard for Best Western Hotels in my opinion. They served breakfast sandwiches, all with meat. One of the people in my group had a sandwich that had been in the warmer so long that it was impossible to cut it in half, the bottom was so heated hard. No hot option for vegetarians. No scrambled eggs, no bacon, no potatoes, no hard boiled eggs, no plain oatmeal, no toppings for oatmeal/yogurt.

Our rooms were in very good condition as well as attractive. We had no adjoining room noise. However our rooms did not have a microwave. The hotel is relatively new. According to information they provide, it was built in 2017. We appreciated that they allow dogs.

This hotel is very expensive for the service and breakfast provided.

My stay at the Aristocrat Hotel was decent overall. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. However, the breakfast was not very impressive—it felt less than average and could use some improvement.

One thing worth mentioning is that this hotel is pet-friendly, which means there were quite a few dogs around. While this might appeal to pet lovers, it could be a drawback for those who aren’t as comfortable around animals.

It is situated next to a pub which sells fish and chips… the air smell pretty bad at night.

Impeccable housekeeping. Relaxing ambiance. Spacious room. 24/7 hot drinks in the lobby. Cool gym. Lacking: view in the room, i.e. RV park in the back or hotel parking in front.

The room was super clean. The bathroom was so clean it looked like it had never been used. The staff was nice and the free breakfast was cool because they offer hot breakfast sandwiches. I encountered no dogs during my one night stay. The only downside is the hotel is not in a walkable area. It is a minute from a walkable area, though, which is a plus!
