I've lived here for almost a year with my girl, this place is really great. I've been in 3 different rooms. 2-2 beds and 1 kings room. Amazing. These people here are good people and do not be near trouble. They are peaceful and living here feels like an adoption. They are usually at the office 24/7 but sometimes they're. You have a McDonald's, KFC, subway, razorback/BBQ, quick trip, waffle house, kum n go, vape store, and 4 other different hotels that are nearby and 2 liquor stores along with 4 gas stations. (Which 2 have already been named.) Even a scooters.

All within a 10/15 minute walk. It genuinely cannot be beat. Walmart not to far down the road neither. Or Kroger.

Outdoor entrance from room. Needs better lighting inside rooms. Several lights were n9t safe. Definitely NEEDS better lighting in back of hotel, very dark.

We had a perfectly good stay at America's Best Value Inn in Maumelle/NLR last night. (March 2022). The room was decently updated and an overall clean place; the carpet looked relatively new as did the bedspreads. The sheets weren't as soft as I like, and the bed was too firm/springy, but we slept fine--the pillows were nice. There was a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, good shower... everything we needed for a low price. Thank you!

We got 3 rooms 1 smoking 2 none smoking. They all have been smoked in! Had a dirty towl behind the bathroom door in one room. TV didn't work in the other one. The only thing that was nice about the place was the guy in the office.

We got the last room in the ice storm recently and was happy to get it and get of the road. Turned out to be a great value and our room was ok as well. Most of all pet friendly at a super price.

First off, the room was very clean, bed & pillows were comfortable. The problem was the amenities: bathroom plugged up, coffee pot didn't work, didn't have clean washcloths every day (we stayed 3 nights) nor coffee (we at least could have microwaved it) and other things. So, no, would not recommend this hotel even though it was inexpensive. When I called the front desk for the toilet the clerk said, "Do you want to come down and get a plunger?" Uh, no - I want it fixed. Same wit the washcloths - the housekeeper didn't leave any so no, I don't want to come down and get them - bring it to me. The coffee pot the same thing. . . . Furthermore, Trip Advisor said this hotel was nearby the Pinnacle State Park (4.78 miles I believe) but it was about 25 minutes away. Not a pleasant experience overall.

We were traveling across country with our two dogs.this is about where we were done with the freeway so it was time to start looking for a place to stop. This is a small no frills hotel, no breakfast. But it is very clean and comfortable with several restaurants nearby. Would stay there again.
