Phone wasn't connected and didn't work when plugged in, microwave was full of food and mold, bathroom, sink area and wall where the headboard was had black mold everywhere, sheets on one bed obviously not changed because there was hair, a fingernail clipping and lipstick smears. Trash, hair, dirt, etc all over the floors. Check out is at 11 and they start calling the room to get you out at 10. Ask for a late checkout and you might get 15 minutes then they threaten to call the cops. Third time staying there only because of the price and never again. They don't care if you have a disability and need downstairs, they'll still try to put you upstairs. Hopefully you don't need toilet paper or towels when the cleaning ladies aren't there because the guys at the front desk act like anything you ask for is the biggest deal. Surprised they didn't charge for the extra roll and towel.

Location is good, walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants, lots of sirens and nighttime noise, police knocking on your door looking for other people.

The room was clean which is always important. The air conditioning worked really well on a hot July day which is must for being comfortable and sleep well. The only problem I had was the bed being way too firm for my liking but some may like it to be fair. Overall comfortable stay.

for $89 a night disgusting everything is dirty. we are so tired of driving around 11 pm we decide to sleep bed sheets are dirty i think they did not change towels are dirty ? i have pictures but can't attach it wont let me

The lady at the desk was nice. Price was extremely high. I was caught in a severe thunderstorm w/my 2 kids w/800+ miles to get home otherwise I wouldn't of paid so much.
We drove around to our room and there were MULTIPLE mattresses thrown beside the dumpster and all I could think was BED BUGS. We took 1 blanket in and slept on top of their bedding til the storm passed and left.

I rated this inn with four stars because it is pet- and smoker-friendly. It is in Bryant, AR. A Waffle House and Arby's is a hop-skip-jump from it, in case you want to walk a bit.
The room was clean, had a coffee maker, ironing board, microwave, and refrigerator. Across from the rooms pictured is a small swath of green grass for our four-legged friends. When I checked in and out, the lobby and front desk was closed, so I can't say too much on them. Check out time, 11a, like most overnight stays.
I was thankful that I didn't have to spend a lot of time going from inn to inn to meet my needs.

The only word I can think of to describe my room in this motel was "shocked". I wish i could give negative 5 stars! I reserved this room based on the reviews I read on line. Those reviews were 100% false. The owner must be writing them! The owners of this motel should be ashamed of themselves!
Went in to check in only to be told they didn't have a reservation for me. I showed the clerk my confirmation on my phone. That included my credit card number to guarantee the room. Them having my number is the only reason I stayed. The room was the worst I've ever seen. The rolling chair at the desk had half of the vinyl stripped off of it. The filthy padding was exposed. The room had the bare minimum and those item were worn out. The window covering (a worn out shade) didn't even cover the entire width of the window. There were no curtains. Traveling as an older woman alone, I felt unsafe to the point I put a chair in front of the door. The noises from the heating unit kept me awake all night. The bed was hard as a rock. The hot shower was the only use I got out of the room.
I just checked into a Super 8 Hotel at almost exactly the same price for my second night on the road. It is fantastic. Lesson learned, sometimes you get much less than what you pay for!!!

Though the rooms were very clean and nice...the pillows were flat as a pancake on both beds. Overall, very nice and clean.
