Comfy beds!
Hot water for showering!!
Breakfast was Excellent!!
Hot biscuits & gravy, sausage links, & fresh made eggs, made for each individual by order!!
Also has waffles & the usual free breakfast stuf!!

Leaving a 1 star, since no stars isn't an option. We booked online where it advertises newly remodeled rooms and had all of the great pictures. Let me tell you that is NOT reality. Paid $170 for a 2-double bed, non-smoking room. We arrived to a bug infested, 1-double bed, smoking room with people smoking marijuana next door and holes in the drywall. I have asthma and informed the desk that not only is the room NOT what it was described as, and is missing a whole bed, but I also cannot stay in a room that reeks of smoke without having an asthma attack. I was informed it's non-smoming, but the matches and an ash tray on the bedside table say otherwise! The lady at the front desk was completely unhelpful and rude. Unfortunately I'm still trying to get a refund, but I would rather sleep in my car than at this Inn. This hotel is not safe, not clean, not family friendly, and not a place I'd recommend.

This is not the first time we stayed at Americas Best Value hotel. We also stayed at one in Sault St. Matie, MI. The rooms were very clean and fresh. We had the very best customer service with the staff at both places. The first location had continental breakfast as did the second location, which cooked our eggs the way we wanted. We had help loading and unloading our suitcases. We will stay here wherever we find them as we travel?

Don’t let them give you room 153! I booked for a week, came in Sunday after midnight after a long drive. Im working in the area and was just trying to find something quick. They say the rooms are newly renovated LIES! The rooms smell musty. It’s mold in the shower on the ceiling. Bugs come out of the drains. The bed covers and sheets were stained, the lady at the front desk said sorry it happens sometimes. The Microwave dirty and the fridge stink! The little couch is stained and smells horrible. Sit on it once and you won’t stop itching. The shower doesn’t work, the lady the front desk says you just have to play with it it’s a certain way to do it. The tub is brown at the bottom with bugs In the tub and shower curtains. Couldn’t shower had to go to a Loves truck stop. Monday after work walk in the bathroom the floor is covered with water and dead bugs room full of flies, Called front desk and a guy came in with some towels and wiped the water up with the bugs in it and said maybe it’s from when you showered. I didn’t shower there IT DONT WORK! He leaves by the time I’m headed to bed water is there again. I gave it up and put there towels on in and called again. No refund or change of room was suggested. The trash outside is running over. Trash outside the dumpster. There’s a trash can downstairs right by room doors that runs over with flies all around it. The people that are so call renovating but smoking weed and drinking is all I ever see. These are not renovated the one picture you see on the screen they show you at check probably won’t be the room you get. Take a wipe and wipe the night stand or the toilet seat. Stay far away from 153 and the rude host! Staff in general isn’t pleasant. Bugs, leaks, stains on everything even the clean towels requested are stained. It’s very loud there especially at night. Ladies I wouldn’t stay there they took the chain lock off completely so they can walk right in. There is a huge gap under the door so anything can crawl in and out. So unless you are just desperate I’d choose elsewhere. Close this place down it’s a joke.

Positives: comfortable bed, good price, clean.
Negatives: AT LEAST a 1 inch gap at bottom of the door that you could see the daylight. Stuffed a towel in the gap to prevent anything from crawling or slithering in! Could not get the shower to work and no plug for tub. Furniture old, chipped and stained. We left with the lesson learned that you get what you pay for.
