The highlight of the hotel is the service. It's run by its owners and it shows. Owner was super responsive and catered for our every need.
The place is not fancy but the room was big and comfortable, bed was comfortable and the shower was great.
It has a nice pool we did not get to use, but it looks great and seems well kept.
Overall great value

Stayed here while on a fact-finding mission to find a local place to move to. Mona and her son were great-- extraordinarily helpful when needed, but out of sight the rest of time (this was a plus!). Quirky layout in our room, but dug the vintage vibe. Room was clean and the location is quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

I love this quaint and quirky motel! It’s definitely got a 70s boho shabby sheik vibe, always clean with an amazing view! The location is just 5 minutes drive from the downtown strip and walking distance to some great hiking trails! The pool is great for laps or just floating. Bring your own floaty and leave with memories to last a lifetime! The owner is a very sweet, personable 420 friendly lady. I love supporting small businesses and can’t wait to come back.

This is an older motel run by a one woman show. The room was VERY clean and the beds comfortable. We booked here last minute when Westjet cancelled our flight and then lied about the reason so they wouldn’t have to pay for our stay. We needed something close to the airport and took a chance on this place based on reviews. Our room had a double bed, single bed and a futon and still had space to move around. Like I said the place was clean and you can tell the owner takes pride in it. The outside could use a makeover and an investment in some new patio furniture but I wasn’t there for that reason so it didn’t really bother me. The owner was quite nice and rushed to get the room ready for us when we got there. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 was based on the outdoor stuff. If you just need a place to sleep it’s great.

This is a well cared for classic property, great location next to downtown and the owner is very cool. It was nice to stay someplace where the owner of the property is right there, someone who obviously cares about it deeply, and gives lots of nice personal touches and advice about secret treasures of the area. It has been in the family since 1971. And the red scrim on the building is a really nice representation of Palm Springs hotel Modernism! Also with nice patio furniture and a super clean pool, we will go back.

This place is so run down! My room was grimy, my shower had used wash cloths in the corner. The towels were no longer white, but grey and had holes! My smoke alarm had a shower cap bag over it, as I assume a previous guest chose to smoke. The AC never got the room above 85* The owner shared bizarre life stories with me, why? The neighborhood is sketch, with homeless people in the parking lot, with no gates, or security and at night, you don’t want to be out there!! The bed was a lumpy old mess! The whole place needs to be repaired, cleaned and cared for, the photos are all smoke and mirrors!! My curtains were stapled to the window frame, yup, it was ridiculous!! I left a day early and got no refund, but who cares, I really never want to deal with the flighty, odd daughter of the original hotel owner again. I have to wonder if this place will ever recapture its 1950s charm? YUCK!!

I chose this hotel on a recommendation from the infamous Charles Phoenix and it did not disappoint. It was a great value compared to the other high price properties in the area. This hotel is in a very good Palm Springs central location. The room was clean and comfortable. My room was a cute mod pink motif! It had a working air conditioner, little refrigerator, flat screen TV with over 300 channels, and every comfort item I could want. Great swimming pool and plenty of lounge chairs too. Mona was very hospitable and went above and beyond to insure my stay was awesome! I highly recommend this hotel!
