Unfortunately I have to stay at this hotel often due to my job. To say that the cleanliness, safety, and customer service at this hotel are underwhelming would be an understatement. I had to switch rooms four times due to brown recluse spiders found in each room and then the customer service personnel was unkind towards me for reporting the spider infestation because “they have already put out traps to try to solve the issue”. There was also old food left in the sink when I entered the room.

I was in Rogers-Bentonville, Arkansas for work. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. Margaret and her team went above and beyond to make my team feel at home. Great breakfast in the morning. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend the hotel.

The shuttle bus used to and from the airport has filthy seats and there is a severe infestation of bugs, including deadly spiders, in this hotel. Something needs to be done. The area is okay but fiddle back spiders are a no no!! And there are doors that have locks that don't work properly.

I know that the hotel had some damage after the tornadoes in the area. However, now they have a problem with spiders in the rooms. I don’t understand why they haven’t done anything about this problem the spiders are the big nasty ones . I was there for business and I have been in touch with my manager to not send me back there again until the problem is fixed.

The worst hotel ever. They have paint chilling from the bathroom walls, insect traps under the sink and the carpet is damp. HOWEVER, the beds are very comfortable.

There is a spider infestation at this hotel. (Brown recluse included.) Traps in the rooms. Many airline flight crews stay at this hotel and have reported this issue. Buyer beware….

This place needs a makeover desperately. It smells like old sweat and sweat socks. The workers are excellent but the rooms are gross. I know it's expensive to renovate but please renovate. Ask the billionaires of Walmart to help you!!! Now this place is having a recluse problem I would not stay here at all ever.

Positive: Conveniently located and clean. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Good room price. Negative: The room was dark, having only 2 lights in it. The bed was uncomfortably hard. Star rating should be 2.5 to 3. Negative: ""
