What a beautiful place, attractively designed, well laid out, a bright spot above and beyond many other places in Central Coast California. The menu is extensive, from appetizers, entrees, desserts and appropriate wines. The food is exquisite, beautifully plated, with generous portions. Server was friendly and courteous , although sometimes forgetful and with lengthy absences, perhaps could be more careful to be sure orders are complete to avoid partial servings, e.g., only took the wine order for one person.

Excellent dinner at Adelina's last night. We tried their new Pre-fix 3 course offering, including the Petite Salmon Salad which was terrific and not so petite, the Pistachio Crusted Pacific Red Snapper and the Beef Osso Bucco, both of which were very good. And kudos to our server Jennifer who made the evening even better. My only suggestion would be to turn down the very bright lighting (I did ask and they did turn it down a bit) which would really improve the atmosphere in what is a very attractive dinning room.

Adelina's Bistro at Monarch Dunes is a hidden gem! If you're a fan of classic throwback menus, you'll love it here. Their Crabcakes as an appetizer are a great start, followed by a perfectly cooked Filet Mignon with grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes—definitely feels like a trip back to the 80s in the best way. But what really stands out is their wood-fired pizzas—absolutely amazing! They also have a full bar and a good selection of wines to complement your meal. While the menu could use a little updating, the food and service more than make up for it. Highly recommend for a laid-back yet delicious dining experience!

The menu keeps getting better every time I come here! Chicken Picata was amazing and the watermelon salad was delicious. Such a wonderful upscale restaurant with reasonable prices. I will be coming back regularly!

Without a doubt, this is one of the most beautifully designed restaurants I've been in, as soon as you walk in the gigantic, carved doors. Every detail of the decor is top notch. However, I have gone here for dinner half a dozen times in the past ten years, and the service is always the same. Waiters and servers take absolutely forever to attend to our table. We have had occasion for the waitstaff to bring menus and take our order, and even to serve our meal, and then ... crickets. No water refills and more often than not, we had to go searching for someone to bring our check! I've always wondered why this is, in such an otherwise classy place. Are the waitstaff not treated well? They are not understaffed, as we saw many waitstaff and busboys coming and going around us. Is it us, personally? Stumped. Meanwhile, the food is okay. The market salads are wonderful.

So bad. Wow. We got here at 7:15 on a Tuesday night (they are only open 4-8p) and went straight to the bar. Ordered drinks and AFTER they delivered them said they were OUT OF FOOD. No joke. However we sat and watched as the tables gave orders and were served. Said they had not even a salad. Bartender explained the chef only made so much food and there is nothing left. As we hear the food tickets keep clicking on. Clearly they were just cleaning up and wanted to be out early but there are still tables (10+) and 8 people at the bar (that seats 12). What is going on? So bizarre. We live right here. Have never been more surprised or provided such terrible service ever. Just be honest. Whatever that is.

Pizza was delectable, cocktails were prefect, atmosphere was pleasant with a great friendly staff. My wife got the Delmonico steak and it was cooked to perfection with so much flavor. I had the half chicken and it was amazing! Desserts were light, fluffy, creamy and super tasty. Great restaurant
