Very clean and modern looking hotel. The bed and pillows were so comfy!! And they use Korres products, which I was definitely not expecting. What a nice touch.

The few encounters I had with staff at the valet and front desk were pleasant. Amy at the front desk was great.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant but I didn’t try either. The location is a bit aways from everything else in Palo Alto but if you have a car, it’s only about a 15 minute drive.

Usually I get a survey from Marriott but these two times I've been to this hotel I haven't, so, I will begin by stating that I'm highly satisfied with this hotel.
Even though self parking is not available, when do you even go to your car when you're at the hotel anyway? So might as well let the pros park it for you! The lobby and common areas are clean, nothing fancy or extraordinary. Hallways are simple but inviting and well lit. The rooms, well the rooms are the cream of the crop at AC, if a getaway to a modern, clean and spacious room is what you value when choosing a hotel and that's what the AC hotel delivers, every single time I visit an AC hotel.
This location does not disappoint. Nice, clean , quiet and very inviting.
Last but not least the superstar of it all is Sierra at the front desk. No matter where you go or how much money you spend, nothing beats the quality of service that Sierra has provided my fiancee and I when we have visited. From an immediate greeting the moment we walk through the door, to her attention to detail when choosing a room location for us to have a good night's rest. Top notch hospitality, second to none. Really makes me want to jump up and down and clap while singing "Happy Happy Happy!" Because that's how good we feel when we leave the hotel.

Spend your money here folks. It's well worth it. Spotless rooms, great service!

I stay at the AC Hotel a few times a year. Great location. Rooms are modern, thoughtfully designed and quiet. Nice lobby, good coffee and very friendly helpful staff. I especially like the availability of bicycles that you can check out for a couple of hours.

My experience at this hotel so far is not satisfactory. There was constant noise in the room, and after changing rooms multiple times, I realized the noise was coming from the fridge in the minibar. On top of that, the traffic noise from the street was very disruptive, and the windows are not soundproof. The breakfast options were also quite limited, with most of the food barely warm. Overall, I was not very happy with my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved the stay here! Would come again.
The only downside was that the shower pressure was really weak... almost like dripping water.

The room was cozy, bed sheets were soft, great service, and nice outdoor patio and a gorgeous lobby bar.

Although there were a couple hiccups with my room, the team were able to quickly rectify things and set my stay back on track. The empathy, speed and care with which they reacted to my concerns more than made up for the issues themselves, as minor as they were.

Overall, the rooms are impeccable, housekeeping does a great job and the front desk staff are top notch. A special thank you to Amy T. for all your help!
