Reading all the great reviews, I can only add that we all spent 2 wonderful, romantic and relaxing days at this beautiful garden cottage. We stayed in the beautifully decorated Bridal Suite. Enjoyed all the amenities from the calming couple jacuzzi bathtub to the fireplace and private flower garden patio. ||A Garden of Eden - we are very happy we chose this wonderful place for our getaway. ||I particularly appreciated Bill and Sandra's consideration and efforts to prepare a special Vegan breakfast for me. ||Highly Recommended! We look forward to returning one day.

The Garden Cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Bill and Sandra are very personable and provided such wonderful customer service. The grounds at the Garden Cottage are beautiful, and is centrally located to everywhere in San Clemente, while still providing the quiet atmosphere. The breakfast each day was excellent. We had the ability to eat our breakfast on the private patio. The room we stayed in featured a large oversized bathroom with a separate shower and jacuzzi tub and his and her sinks. The bedroom area also was a generous size. Bill and Sandra surprised us with a nice treat for our anniversary. ||||We look forward to returning here again soon.

The stay at Garden Cottage Casita itself was unique because Aneta's place is unique. Overall, San Clemente is impressive. The area is very calm. The owners are very hospitable, smiling always happy. Aneta took care of the smallest detail, a surprise was waiting for us on the table. They kept asking if we needed anything or if we were happy. You can say 100% that the right people in the right place love their job and you will feel it at every step. The apartment is beautifully decorated, very clean, amazing atmosphere, not to mention a beautiful garden with a barbecue area. Opposite the house golf course!!! 10 min walk to the beach!!! Walks, dinner by the Pacific is probably everyone's dream. What more could you want? I know that we will definitely come back, we will recommend this place to everyone. Unforgettable stay 100% recommended to those who want an unforgettable experience saved forever in memory!!! Thank you and see you - guests from Poland.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a week in August. The accommodations were perfect as we were looking for a quiet place to relax and recharge. The Cottage had just been redone and had everything we needed. Loved that we had our own kitchen for nights we did not want to go out. We brought our bikes which were safely kept in the courtyard right outside our door. I would highly recommend this adorable getaway for anyone. It is close to town and the beaches. Aneta & her husband were so kind and accommodating. 5 stars for sure and we will be returning when we can getaway.

This place is absolutely PERFECT if you're looking for someplace that is beautiful, relaxing, clean, great ambience, gorgeous gardens, absolutely delicious breakfast, privacy, and overall just incredible. Very quick short drive to the beach. The best host and hostess ever (Bill and Sandra you both are incredible)! Very quiet gorgeous place. We stayed at both the "garden cottage" and the "bridal suite" for my wedding weekend, highly recommend both. Thank you so much for helping make my wedding weekend accommodations 100% perfect!!

This is the best place. Bill and his wife are amazing!! They really took care of us. The rooms are amazing. We loved Scrappy! Breakfast was excellent. Service was excellent. Served us drinks to our room, just took care of us. Place is tucked away nicely. Beautiful grounds, even Uber drivers picking us up and dropping us off were very impressed by the place. We will stay there again. Our only note: the B&B is about 2 miles from the main shopping center, train station and pier. Uber was readily available and cost varied from 5 to 13.00 per trip.

To wrap up our Highway 1 adventure from San Francisco, my fiance and I stayed at the Garden Cottage Inn on our last night of the trip. This little gem is absolute perfection, Bill and Sandra are so hospitable, sweet and non-intrusive. You really feel like you are staying in your own home but with the added benefit of the utmost hospitality provided by Bill, Sandra, and Scrappy. The cottage is perfectly tucked away in the center of San Clemente, adjacent to a beautiful, green golf course (one of the few things, other than the Cottage's Garden, still green in California) and easy access to the state beach, pier and main street with lots of yummy food options. We stayed in the bridal suite and had access to a private front porch area with plenty of chairs to sit out and enjoy the beautiful Southern California weather, a huge bathroom with large shower and jacuzzi tub, and an extremely comfortable bed. ||||The gardens are impeccable, we enjoyed strolling around their gardens with mimosa's in hand when we woke up the next morning and we were very appreciative of the lovely breakfast Bill cooked up for us. ||||We highly recommend the Garden Cottage in if you are looking to stay in the greater San Clemente area, you'll love this relaxing home away from home.

Wow. Just wow...From the moment we accidentally startled Bill in reception, we knew we were in for a good stay. Him and his wife Sandra are possibly the most hospitable people on the planet. They've opened up their stunning period home to lucky guests like us and treat them like royalty. Quaint, well appointed and incredibly spacious room with a high bed fit for a King and Queen. The garden surrounding the property is sprawling and buzzing with life and my fiance adored spending time amongst the flora. The breakfast; hand delivered each morning at 8am to a distinctive knock from Bill is generous, delicious and prepared with love by Sandra, you can tell. We will recommend to anyone going to California to stay here and we really hope to be back again. Amazing
