I'd give zero stars if that were an option. I don't leave many reviews but this seemed almost necessary for anyone looking to book a room here for a vacation, etc.
I can not stress enough to press the back arrow on your screen and save yourself the hell.
I'll try and make this quick and to the point .
Check in is fairly quick, but any special requests you might have during your stay will not be heard. You get 2 old towels and a washcloth in your room and asking for extra is apparently taboo here.
Staff speaking very very little english, and actually seem to be extremely rude and disrespectful to those that do. For some odd reason you're treated as if you're an inmate in prison.
The rooms are EXTREMELY filthy. I spent a good hour after check-in cleaning the room myself just to feel a half of a percentage increase in comfort.
The elderly couple (assuming relatives of whomever owns this particular franchise), which seem to be the ONLY housekeeping onsite, are beyond disrespectful to guests. The wife literally will stare you down the entire time you're checking out as if you're pulling a heist and robbing them of their 56 year old, stiff bath towels.
---and yes I understand that in lodging as with any product or service - you get what you pay for - but even the rates of the Motel 6 Anaheim Hills are pricey. You'd get much better service and comfortability for the same price or less at so many other motels/hotels/Motel 6s'

Really dirty hotel rooms are dirty walls stained bathroom disgusting just dirty to stay in I do not recommend at all!!! There was a toilet paper in the restroom half used liked if whoever stayed in it they left it behind towels were stained it looks a lot different in the pictures then in person don’t get fooled I am very disappointed not worth the 120$ followers for stars I give none

I'm treated like family when I arrive and my room is always ready for me. This is the best home away from home. I am here about once a month for work. Very accommodating staff.

The rooms are disgusting. First room I was greeted by a dead cockroach. That should have been my first hint to vacate the premise but I sadly waited for the second: a bed bug. I moved rooms and the second room is filthy with cob webs and unclean facilities.

If I could give a 0 star I would. Where do I begin, the place is so unkempt and nasty. The sheets were stained, the chair cushion had a huge nasty stain (looks like a bodily fluid stain) on it and all they did was turn it over to hide it. The wall paper is falling off the wall. The carpet is old and coming apart at the seems. There was a dirty sock that was behind the curtain and I honestly felt dirtier in the room than I did from driving 12 hours. It was hard for me to even drink a sip of water in the room because I felt so nasty. These online pictures are so deceiving. The only decent looking thing at the property is the pool. The beds are awful and the rooms are musty and reek of old stale cigarette smoke. If you’re looking for a place in the ghetto you’ve come to the right place. If you’re looking for something clean and safe, RUN!!

I will never stay here again! The rooms are disgraceful I was afraid the entire time my daughter or dog were going to end up coming in contact with some type of drug or paraphernalia. The service was absolutely horrible. They over charged me and were total rude throughout the entire check in.
I used to stay here when I had work and needed a place for a couple nights. I’ve been using this ,what used to be, hotel , now just a run down slum motel, which was much nicer and actually clean prior to the change in ownership. The past two times I’ve stayed here I’ve been extremely disappointed and I won’t stay here again after this. It’s gross !
