I've been living here for about a year and really love this location, I feel really safe. I have a great view of the Belmont hills and usually go hiking through the trails a few blocks from here, at least a few times a week.
The place is very clean, and they are kind of strict about leaving your things outside but I actually like that.
It looks like they are remodeling apartments when people move out.
My apartment is a VERY large 2 bedroom with hardwood floors, washer/dryer, granite and stainless in my kitchen. Love having my own washer/dryer!
It's really peaceful and quiet around here as well, but as with any apartment I've ever been in, the walls are thin 😉

Very very poor management. I was resident there for 10+ years and the building had 7 different managers during my residency. finally I moved out because of so many problems building had.
Lately in 2020 building got cockroaches. they were all over places, in hallways, laundry rooms, all units, kitchen, bathrooms, bedroom, ... Pest control tried to treat them for 3 times in three months and still cockroaches. For treatment every time they wanted us to pack all of our stuff for spraying. (the big reason I moved out after 10+ years.)
Pipe lines are so old and rusty and basically every day maintenance people were there to fix. most of the days we had no water for hours. Leaking in building happened for so many times (from upstairs unit) and they had to get in my unit at 5:00 am couple times. and at the end building charged us for $1500.
I spent there for more than 10 years and I received NOTHING and no UPGRADE like cleaning or changing carpet, repaint walls in my unit or anything else.
They never take any responsibility for wear and tear. when I moved out they charged me $3200 (including my $1325 security deposit) for cleaning and every little things even wear and tear. there was no damage to my unit. I took care of it super well. on my last day I even fresh painted the walls and non of my hard work worked.

I absolutely 100% DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE as your home. Even if they fix everything, management is still the same.

I travel a lot for work and it's a pleasure to come home to my comfy apartment here and relax with the beautiful scenery. Also, it's a short jaunt to 2 of my fave spots, Starbucks and Jamba Juice 🙂

After 9 years being resident the management found excuses to keep the deposit of my daughter and confiscated it. No response to any emails
