The apartment manager, Donna, is always friendly and helpful. Anytime I have submitted a maintenance request, the issue was promptly resolved. I also appreciate that she is always available for any questions or concerns I may have. She truely makes living here just that much better.

I had a misunderstanding with the property owner. I do believe in the moment I lost my character. Donna remained professional and expressed why a rule existed on the property. Her ability to stay calm with my frustration was so appreciated, because it is not that way at every complex. After realizing my mother didn’t raise me that way, I went and had a great conversation to apologize for my language. She was understanding, and still remained pleasant. I am pleased by her. I hope she stays.

We just moved from here, but we lived here for 2 years. We left only because we expanded our family and needed more space for two growing babies. Donna is an exceptional on site manager. If I ever needed anything done, she was on it! I am so glad that we moved in while she was managing because we heard stories that previous staff was not all that great. We NEVER had any issues in regards to, roaches, bedbugs or any of the things that was previously complained about before we moved in. And the staff is the one to thank because they have made sure to stay on top of it. The apartment is HUGE which makes it a plus. We had the opportunity to rent a unit that was downstairs with a good size patio. The ambiance of this place is very friendly. We made some friends a long the way that we cherish and that also includes Miss Donna. I recommend living here. Thank you Donna, Judy and Luis for the good memories at Sierra Gardens.

I have to agree with other reviewers. I really enjoy my apartment and living at Sierra Gardens. I have lived here for over 6 years. The space in our units are hard to come by. Although no apartment building is perfect, I do appreciate that Ms. Donna is strict as it relates to the policies that benefit the renters. When I need things done, she tried her best to make sure its done in a timely manner. My only complaint, and has nothing to do with Ms. Donna, is that I wish we could have a laundry room inside our units or even if our units were upgraded at some point.

Donna is the manager here and I have never met a property manager more willing to go over an beyond for her residents. She is quick to respond and quick to resolve any issues. I would definitely recommend living here. Its quite and very clean. Its also close to everything I need.

The manager is very disrespectful and mean, she think that she is better than everyone. They are lacking on maintaining the building. The next door neighbor dog has fleas and she has not done anything about it. The window screen needs to be fix and she told my mom to write note so that it can be fixed but she was rude and disrespectful when talking to my mom. She needs to get her priority straight!!! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PLACE.

We have been living here for over a year, we have no complaints. Everyone is so nice
Management is very nice if there is anything that needs to be fixed they are on it very fast. Property is well taken care of. Beautiful scenery my children enjoy walking through the complex.
