Employees lie for one another,management does not address issues and they put their employees above the residents, it is not a senior park.

We were having a baby shower in the main hall. Nice place to have a little get together for certain reasons. Heated pool, bathrooms inside and outside. Nice atmosphere. In fact I'm going back today to see someone.

My grandma lives here and it is very nice. She like it there. There is also a pool where the residents can swim and do water aerobics. After ten years of my grandma living there, she says they can always improve and she feels safe with the security.

Very clean & peaceful neighborhood and the only problem with this property is you just own your home and not the land also their rent is due between the 1st - 7th of every month. Utilities are billed with the property rent each month, electric, gas, and water that you deal directly with the rental office not the Utilities Companies. The maintenance team on the property is very helpful!

My parents live there,
It's always has been a very nice place. Very peaceful, friendly neighbors, everyone watches out for one another. Walking distance to the neighbor-hood's little Market, an elementary school, a park and Wal-Mart.
