I went in earlier today and had the literal best customer service any pawn shop has ever given me. I got a really good deal on my fishing equipment and these guys are super nice.
Not only are these guys authentic they also have a great selection of things for sale.
I was impressed to see a vass selection of really good musical instruments.
I really recommend this spot over the other one that’s down the street 100%

Worst pawn shop ever they will sell ur stuff without even sending u a notice do. No trust them they only look out for them selves they’re basically taking advantage of people for their benefit. They are evil they replace items also with Luther items done work. They will brake ur stuff

Call to see what they were paying on gold because they stated they are the top paying establishment for gold in the area. Offered me less than 50% of the actual value for 20 g of stamped 14 karat gold. I took my business to Mariani jewelry and they gave me a great rate on my gold. I’ve worked in gold and precious metals… Mariani was the next best thing to taking it to a foundry and having it assayed.

Pretty jacked up . I am here waiting to pick up my ring almost 10a and apparently they don't open at 9a. I was supposed to be at work at 9a in Victorville but called in late JUST so I wouldn't lose my ring. Not cool!!

I love how theses guys work with the customers but I did have one complaint that has yet to be resolved, I have noticed that the interest rates set by the state are not being upheld if you pawn an item under 30$ the interest should be 6$ but this place charged 9- 12$ also if your item can fit in a1 cubic foot space they aren't supposed to charge a storage fee but they do charge an extra $5 either way. I have been trying to reach the owner however he's never there and when I told the workers they act as if they don't understand what I'm saying although the rates are clearly posted on the tickets and signage inside the store.

No stars would be better! Their phone number is either a constant busy signal or just rings and rings, during business hours too! I called to ask if they will take in my car speakers and after no answer i decided to drive there, the sign says open but the doors are locked. I've been waiting about 30 mins thinking maybe they went to lunch but no one is here! at least put up a sign or something i just wasted my afternoon waiting on y'all. terrible service (or lack there of anyway)

Great customer service only shop I go too Juan,George and Robert cool I leave happy everytime everyone needs to go get some gold or electronics
