Un buen hotel, aunque sobrevalorado. Hermosas vistas desde la piscina, pero nada de confort en las habitaciones por el precio pagado. El personal amable, pero un servicio bastante limitado. Bastante costoso para lo que ofrece, aunque los precios en general en la isla son elevados.

Es simplemente hermoso y no se diga Cuando suenan las campanas de una ex iglesia, la vista es muy hermosa se siente una paz muy agradable y el servicio muy bueno Y el desayuno también muy rico y saludable, y el personal muy amable.

We stayed in their 3rd floor corner room for a night with 2 kids. The rooms are as described/ photographed… large, airy and clean. The panoramic views were amazing. We enjoyed the sunrise, sunset as well as the full moon reflecting over the water. The staff were very accommodating. The complimentary golf cart made the stay really convenient and communication with the front desk staff for pick up and drop off was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was sufficient as well. Love the local and personal feel of the hotel. This hotel would seem to be a nice place for special celebrations with plenty of lounge spaces and a rooftop space. I would love to stay here again. This hotel and their staff definitely made our stay in Catalina Island extra special.

The service was superb, especially the champagne and golf cart shuttle into the town center. You never asked for a shuttle and it wasn’t prompt. The breakfast was hearty and the coffee was good. The views were top notch and it was quiet. I cannot wait to go back!

3 negatives and 2 positives.

My wife and I stayed at the top floor corner room 303 (King Suite). The view was great. We took pretty good photos.

The negative side about that room was that above it there is a rooftop and people were walking there at night after 10 pm and it was loud, you could hear their footsteps.

Another negative was that the bathroom door was hard to slide to the point that it got stuck, and they had to fix it. Good thing it didn't happen when we were going on number 2.

Breakfast was good. Eggs, orange juice, bagels, coffee. Also, we had a coffee machine in our room.

The hotel provided complimentary transportation from the ferry station to the hotel and back. Also, a free drop off and pick up from the hotel to the downtown and vice versa.

The only negative was that driver number 1 had an attitude and was not friendly. We would say thank you to him or say something, but he wouldn't reply. The driver number 2 was good, friendly. We tipped him for his great service.

What’s there not to love about staying at Zane Grey Pueblo Hotel? We were greeted at the ferry with a personalized Welcome sign and direct shuttle service to the hotel. Our room was exactly as described and even better in person. The employees on all levels were pleasant and very accommodating. Having free breakfast and shuttle services to and from the hotel- through out the day-was an added bonus for us. We’ll be booking all of our future stays here, when visiting the island.
