La habitación está bien es una pena que la limpieza no sea buena el piso sucio el baño también siempre he dicho que la limpieza no solo se ve también se siente pero sobre todo se respira.
Y es algo que definitivamente deben mejorar el wifi iba bien mi dosis de cafeína no tubo lugar gracias a la suciedad de la cafetera

Friendly service. Great price. Pets were $10 per animal per day, which is fantastic compared to several other options. Rooms were as I expected for this price point. (In a good way. It clearly wasn't a 5-star hotel, but it wasn't gross.) I am completely satisfied, and wish that more budget hotels were up to this standard. I would definitely stay here again. The hotel, parking lot, and general area felt safe.

I love this hotel just off the river a few blocks from picturesque little downtown Ozark. It’s got everything you need—quiet, clean, frig AND freezer, and comfy/firm mattresses—and no frills, keeping the price affordable. Best of all, it’s so QUIET. This road warrior and her dog are very grateful - it’s my first (or last) stop traveling x-country from Nashville TN to Northern CA. Super nice and helpful guy at the front office and phone. Love the Italian restaurant next door, too.

I booked this hotel well in advance. About a week before, I called the hotel and asked about a special check in time as an accommodation, since I was coming from hundreds of miles away. They agreed. I show up and the gal behind the desk had no record of me asking for an accommodation and said that I would have to wait until the regular check in time of 3:00pm the next day since it was after 1:00am. Had to find another lodging option in that dumpy town in the middle of the night. When we finally did check in, there was fresh linens and toiletries but nothing beyond that. Room itself needs a deep clean. It was just hair, dust and grime on all surfaces. Gross.

Why does a resident need to COMPLAIN of a dirty room in order to get the service they pay for? Why can’t a clean room just be the STANDARD for every check in? When I called a week In advance, I asked if I would need to pay for an extra night, or if the late check in would be okay. I was told “it would be fine.” IF the hotels policy was that I needed to pay for an extra night, that should have been communicated to me on the call, not offered at 2:00am after I was exhausted from driving for 11 hours or at double the price TWO -without a discount or “sorry” attached. For the record, I checked into a hotel after midnight last night. Maybe just do better.

PROS: Great experience. Felt “homey”. Bed was comfy. No parking light or noise keeping you up. Warm nice pressure shower. Pet friendly. Both TV & Internet worked (believe it or not, that’s not always a given ?).
CONS: none.

Requested non-smoking room, key was given to a smoking room, had to go back to office for another room. Suites are located on a main road T intersection, so convenient to food and other connecting roads. I just needed a bed and a bathroom for a night for myself. However, if traveling as a couple or staying a few days or a week, the kitchen/dining area would have been cost effective. Don't judge the interior by the exterior, which was a little rough looking.

This business takes pride in the cleanliness of each room and the outside of the business is kept just as clean. They have very spacious rooms with kitchenettes and up to date decor. Nice folks. i highly recommend this business if you are traveling through our hometown. It is one of the oldest long standing Inn in Ozark . The owner's take great pride in the appearance of this business.
