Room is ok. Front desk is friendly. I stayed one night. Even asked if they were good about giving deposits back because I have had issues with other super 8's before. The room for one night was to cost $90 I got charged $190 on the third and $100 on the fourth. Have called multiple times to get the runaround. Call in the morning. Call later . Call after 5. That's $290 for one night. All posted. Not pending. No reversal.

We booked this hotel a little out of our way because the website we used said there were free cribs available. Upon arrival we were told that they in fact have never had cribs. We had issues with the room key at the first room we were assigned to so the lady moved us to the room next door. Once we finally got into the new room, we discovered that one of the outlets on the wall was missing an electrical cover. Overall the place was clean and the breakfast was good but I don't think we will be staying here again

Update: after making several phone calls and being told I will be refunded 100$ deposit.. . It has been months and i am now writing a letter to try and resolve this .

Last second $100 charge for deposit at check in. Told it could be up to 10 days before it will be refunded. Has not been refunded yet. Make your own waffle breakfast was OK. No towels were provided in room on arrival. Remote to TV doesn't work. Room next to me had same complaints. Pool is listed online but it has been filled with concrete. Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly . Would stay again if i had to

Positive: The breakfast was wonderful Negative: We drove out of our way to stay here because it said there was cribs available, when in reality they don't even have a pack n play. Also one of the outlets didn't have a cover.

First room smelled like dope smokers, but they moved me to another room which was perfect. Great king size mattress with firm back support, a nice thin blanket, quiet yet efficient wall mounted AC unit, an above average quality microwave, big TV, decent size desk with functional desk chair.

This is very good quality at a decent price. One of the better Super 8 locations I've stayed at. It's on par or better than the average La Quinta. Doors open to the parking lot so you can keep an eye on your vehicle, and of course there is no elevator so if you are on the second floor you will have to haul your bags up the stairs.

They have also switched to fully non-smoking, so if they are able to crack down on violaters and keep the rooms smelling nice this will be a great place for travelers to stay.

Stayed here for a few nights on work. Planning to stay again when I'm down.

Budget friendly, clean, with everything you need for a night or two in Paragould. Minor issue with an unintentional over-charge but the manager took care of it.

Be aware they DO have a $100 refundable deposit, so make sure your card can handle that extra fee for a few nights until you're done with your stay.

I would recommend.
