I had my fur baby, 13 year old Boots cremated here. I loved how thoughtful and kind both Ladies were to me. They explained everything and what I could expect. I thought they went beyond expectation, I couldn't have ask for any better service, such a beautiful Cremation for my Boots, the extras they sent home with us was so much appreciated and I loved what they did. I definitely will use Cross County Funeral Service & Cremation in the future. Definitely highly recommend!!!

We lost a dear family member in July and from the very moment it happened Mitzi and Pam were both an amazing comfort to us. They made the process of cremating, service planning, and final wishes for our loved one easy. They continued to check in even after it was over and any question we had or anything we needed was taken care of immediately. I cannot recommend them enough.

My sweet peanut passed away on 2/25/21 and I got him back today on 3/3/21. I was pleased with the time frame and I loved the lady's there. When I went to pick up peanut they were so gentle with him and even added things I wasn't expecting. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my fur babies.
