I was passing through after two 12 hour days of driving. It's exactly what you expect for a 2.5 star hotel. Ignore the floor and ceiling and just get some sleep. I didn't see any bugs. The bed was comfortable and clean. The room smelled funky, but not horrible. The shower wasn't great but worked. Worth $100 a night? Not in my opinion, but the cheaper rooms in this town seemed to be in a more sketchy area.

The ice machine was full of mold. Don't get ice. Sleep. Shower. Leave.

Friendly front desk staffs, great customer service, Clean rooms, the bed was very comfortable. Very affordable price Very accommodating hotel with all of their amenities, Especially hot free breakfast. If you are traveling through pine bluff, Arkansas an need somewhere to sleep please checkout Quality inn.

Not very clean at all. There was a cockroach I saw within 5 minutes of being there crawling on the wall. The shower barely worked and there were stains on the bedding. Definitely do not recommend.

As a housekeeping manager and inspector at another quality inns and suites, I was truly upset with how the rooms and other spaces was cleaned. There was stains all over the bedding that liked like dried blood and old dried out food was left between the fridge. The breakfast was lacking all o saw was two pieces of bread and 4 tiny muffins and that's all I needed to see, I when to the gas station to get me coffee and things. I'm pretty sure the gm tried to argue with me that the beds didn't have stains but she did give me new sheets. I WOULD NOT USE THIER ICE MACHINES AT ALL THERE WAS BLACK MOLD IN IT. And I do have pictures of these things.

There was not one good thing about our stay here, it doesn't even deserve one star. First up was right after checking in we were not able to get into our room. We received 3 key cards and none of them worked, we had to go back to the front desk for new ones. When we were able to enter the room, as soon as we opened the door we were hit with the intense smell of urine immediately. I have stayed at pet friendly hotels and this one was the absolute worst. The smell of urine was so bad we slept with pillow on our faces to try and eliminate the smell. There were stains all over the floor and wall. The table and chairs were nasty and not clean. Linens and towels were old, worn and stained. There was random broken hardware throughout the room. The phone had more buttons missing than ones that were there. We could hear the tv's from both room on either side of us and also the tv in the lobby. The front of the toilet was dirty, the tub and bathroom floor was dirty. The shower head is no more than 4' high and the tub was so clogged it would not drain. I ended up standing in water up to my calf and I took the fastest shower I could. We got up before dawn and left because we were so disgusted with this place. Do not stay here, staying in our car would have been a better option.

I stayed here and this was the worst mistake. The room was not up to par. The rug was dirty and the non smoking room smelled of smoke. Looks like they have people that live there since there was such a large crowd of people just hanging out. I ended up checking out a day ahead of my original checkout. The guy said no problem and said he would refund me since I won’t be staying. I woke up to additional charges on my card. I called and he said that was a mistake but then went on to say they usually don’t do refunds. Wow!! I would not recommend these shady people to anyone! If you need a nice relaxing hotel this is not what you want.

Had to get another room because first wasn't serviced. Check in was difficult but the location to the casino saved a lot of heart ache. Toilet would barely flush and you had to lift the door handle up to enter the room. Very outdated. Breakfast was less than par.
