The room that my aunt stayed into had bed bugs she had numerous bite marks and when she told the front desk they wouldn’t change her room or give her her money back and kicked her out we contacted fox 16 news and the health department and even spoke too white hall police department for them too tell us its a civil matter and not do a thing about it at all, so save your money do not rent here, they do not treat you fair they treat you poorly, and when my aunt tried using the phone they snatched it from her and said she isn’t aloud too use the phone there.

They are the biggest frauds in America i payed on line and they told me the on line price is not what is and you have to pay more and honestly people who own this are no good low lifes stay away go to the super 8 next door

The room was ok, outside looked it needed work done. On top of that, I asked for some extra towels that morning, and the women said that I needed to use the towels I had. She decides to call back and say if I can bring the dirty towels, then I can get some clean towels. Not professional at, will not be coming back.

It is an older hotel, the rooms were clean, the owners were very nice. It is in a great location close to anything you should need from clothes to food. Would recommend to anyone

Only motel that had vacancy in that area so ended up paying $96 for a room. The beds were made and towels were hung but there was no way it had been vacuumed nor had anything been wiped down. Also worth mentioning that there were two USED tampons on the floor at the head of the bed that I discovered the next morning while attempting to retrieve my phone charger that had fallen

Clean room at a great price. Looks like they are maintaining their facility and making improvements. The lady at the front desk seems very protective of the property! Wouldn’t want to break the no smoking rule here! Will continue to go here in the future.
