Just wanted to brag on the team here! We have had a great move in experience. Jessica and the team from the retreat have been so helpful. They’ve answered all our questions and met all our of needs! With moving in, we had some maintenance requests and they handled pretty much everything in less than 24 hours! Definitely excited to live in this community!

0/5 stars really would not recommend! I've been here for 5 months & they've sprayed for bugs two months in a row and the roaches still appear. There's an infestation, and the lease makes residents responsible. I am a heavy cleaner and it still solves nothing. I've been uncomfortable staying there since I moved in and actually had a bug running inside my bedroom light fixture for days when I first moved in. Another inconvenience is that for the summer the pool was closed majority of the time for maintenance and there was no updates for when it was supposed to open again.

Toured this apartments and was surprised with the great customer service I received. The leasing agent was busy and the manager came out to help me. Kaylen was great she was able to answer all my questions and gave me a great tour. The apartments are being kept up well. Over all my number one pick.

If you’re looking for home sweet home this is it, community neighbors are nice and most keep to themselves. Aside a few rotten apples as every tree has some, they aren’t any worse than the entitled paycheck COLLECTING management staff. The foot soldiers (maintenance) changed so much I stop requesting any service but pest control. However turnover has slowed down and amenities are in need of repair but I’ve adapted. The leasing member definitely EARNS her check, she called me immediately when an incentive was offered for lease renewal. As I spoke with both leasing and property management days prior to my lease expiration and not one call when they were granted INCENTIVES to stay.

Kaylen and the rest of the office staff are amazing. I came in to tour yesterday and was met with smiling faces and fresh cookies! They even introduced me to their maintenance team during the tour!

Not even sure how people can give the retreat less than 5 stars. Beautiful place and the service here is top notch! Kaylen was a godsend and so helpful.
