I love staying here. Every time I go to the Little Rock area! The staff are always warm and inviting and very very friendly! When I come back to visit, I have to make sure I always stop in because it is very very inviting and once again the staff treats you like family! I will say my wife and I spoke with Melissa at the desk and she is very wonderful and humble! The general manager, Mrs. Williams is always friendly and extremely courteous! It is a home away from home and feels like a place that you can always go when you want to feel like you're at a home away from home! I recommend, 10 out of 10! Great staff. Great service. Great place to visit!

The room was great, and I really liked that the cracker barrel is in the same parking lot, we were able to get some energy out of our toddler before hitting the road again. Would definitely come and stay again

Hotel is great, staff is excellent. The main downside is the owner’s insistence on charging 6 dollars (via QUARTERS!!!) for a load of laundry. I’ll be staying here for many months. I stayed at an equivalent extended stay Marriott property also for a period of many months where the laundry was FREE!!!! That hotel (Towneplace Suites, Sumter SC) was much better for that reason alone. TV remote system (Enseo) is also so slow it’s effectively unusable. You’ll need to bring your own Amazon Fire or something else you can plug in to actually use TV for streaming.

I really liked this place and wish I could have spent an extra night (passing through so could only spend one night). Great location, ample parking, very clean room and facilities. The workspace table is the largest I've seen in a hotel room. Wifi was strong. Complimentary breakfast was good. Comfortable bed and pillows. Nice hot shower with good water pressure. This hotel is probably only a few years old as the room looked pretty modern and fresh with contemporary design.

This hotel should be the standard all 3-star hotels should aspire to.

I will say that Rita… one of the Breakfast hosts truly was the star of the show. I can’t say enough about Her. She made it such a positive experience. I would book again just to see her and the breakfast was definitely legit . better than all of the rest of the hotels I stayed at driving across country and we stayed at nice hotels.

Stayed with my wife and 1 year old twins. All rooms had door separating living area and bed so we could sleep in another room. Rooms were a little small but not horrible. I had a 26ft moving truck pulling a car trailer and parking lot isn’t the best for it. Thankfully I could park on the street out front. Worked just fine. Would book again.
