We used Casa Alejo for catering for a staff event. The food was absolutely delicious. The portions per person were also very generous and that salsa!!!!!!!!!! The crew was so sweet and accommodating. I have personally eaten in the restaurant as well and it was equally delicious! The service is always top notch as well. They are also doing amazing things within the community so I always love supporting those that support us! You should really check them out!

Great Mexican food joint.

The atmosphere is great, the food was really good and the service was great too.

One thing I will say about this place, the asada steak is really good. They chop it up into little pieces which makes for a very interesting texture, plus the taste is great. I highly recommend it.

We had some really good margaritas as well.

We were impressed with our dining experience. The chips and salsa was delicious. The Casa Burrito was amazing. Everything went down well with the Mango Margarita. The building has a nice atmosphere and the service was good. We will definitely be going back!

I was craving for spanish food yesterday. So I found this little modern restaurant in Springdale, Arkansas. It's a very small town but plenty of parking. Becareful about those parking meters. I ordered their specialty alcoholic drink, their birrias tacos, and the finish off the night with some delicious churros with ice cream. Their specialty drink was to die for. I'm not much of a fan of tequila as I got older. But man, this drink went down smoothly and I thought, why order entrees when you can have this drink all night long. It had homemade natural juices, chamoy, and other liquid stuff with the tequila. Then for the main course, I order their specialty birrias tacos. It's a similar concept to the French dip sandwich you can get at an American restaurant. That dish was so delicious I couldn't see myself getting a desert. Oh well, I couldn't help it but ordered their desert churros and ice cream. My beloved waitress said that desert isn't that big and the churros has cream filling in it as how churros should be. When the desert came out, it was a big bowl with halved churros, two big scoops of ice cream, and whipped cream. I almost started to cry because the waitress lied about the size of the desert. Haha I'm sorry for giving her a hard time. I definitely recommend coming here again and please praise this restaurant. It's a one of a kind restaurant in the area and their nachoes and salsa are freshly made daily.

Personally this is a 3.75 for me the drinks were disappointing but the birria was delicious the overall atmosphere was kinda... Industrial... Which feels a bit less genuine

My problem with the drinks
The hibiscus tea was disappointingly sweet this is mostly a personal preference though i was just a bit sad

The horcha was really plain... 🙁 it could've been just a batch mistake

The food
The birria was DELICIOUS you could taste the slow cook in the meats i highly recommend it I appreciate that they put the onions and cilantro on the side of the plate for the birriaramen as some people do not like cilantro I'm not a fan of cilantro but it's good for me so i put it all in 😀 ✨?

The birria pizza was great they packed in all the flavors deliciously it stayed together nicely and ks EXACTLY what you'd expect ?

We also shared a plate of churros at the end they were delicious crispy and had a type of carmel (i forgot the name) on the inside that made it ooey gooey and delicious

We got a couple other plates but these were the most notable in my opinion

It was really loud there's not much for sound control which isn't much of a choice this doesn't count for the review just a warning for those who might be over stimulated to visit when it's less busy

The waitress we had was nice and we were tended to well ? and the place was clean

Bathrooms were clean and convenient ?
