First of all.....this is the most maintained and pristine property we've ever lived on! Gorgeous, quiet and very clean. The whole staff is amazing, but Elmer really helped us when we were moving in and his kindness was truly genuine. I was undergoing cancer treatment during our move and his willingness to help really meant more than he knows. Highly recommend living here!!!

MAINTENANCE AT VISTA BELLA IS FIVE STAR sure makes living easier specially with hard work life schedule the last thing you need is a headache and they make everything go away fast. Super cool staff and follow up and follow through is well done.

We are new to living in Vista Bella Apartment Homes. The office staff has been wonderful. The community is excellent. It feels very upscale here. The complex is very well maintained. We have had a maintenance call in and the response is quick and easy. Arnold our maintenance tech is excellent. We are happy here. We would highly recommend these apartments and Irvine Company.

They find any and every reason to enter your apartment for “inspections”. They leave notices once or twice a month minimum telling you about an inspection, construction, tree trimming, exterminating, inspection, etc. I very much dislike my space being invaded and that’s all they do here. Great location, decent apartments and amenities and GREAT maintenance; but I would not live here again due to the hassle that is working with management and their very active presence in the neighborhood. It’s like renting from your parents or something. Irvine company is quite literally a nightmare to work with. I had lots of issues with my apartment including spider infestation the first 5 months — because they didn’t do their part before I moved in. It was hell the first few months. They also neglected my noise complaints about upstairs neighbor. Management changed recently but I cannot say the new team is much better. I would not/will not live here or at any Irvine company property again in the future.

Vista Bella Apartment Homes has the most caring and supportive staff from my initial contact with Dani through the application process and finally moving into my new fabulous apartment. The staff at Vista Bella has gone above and beyond to make me feel so comfortable during the entire process.

Everyone from Alyssa (manager) to Dani and Zake (leasing agents/manager) as well as Danny in the maintenance department have made it so easy to just love it here.

I am so relaxed that I feel like I am in Palm Springs and at a luxury hotel. The amenities are absolutely beautiful and well kept making me go to the pool everyday, just to sit and am so thankful that I ended up here.

Thank you Vista Bella for having the most amazing Staff, especially, Dani who is the happiest and most caring leasing agent that I have had the pleasure of meeting. All my needs were meet even prior to me deciding that this is the place for me. I look forward to being a long time resident!
