On a Friday afternoon, my granddaughter and I had a warning light come on as we were traveling from San Diego to Ticson. We called them from the road and they told us to come on in. We arrived about 2:30 and Brian took us right in. The technician (I do not know his name) spent about 1 1/2 hrs. diagnosing a tricky situation and he and Brian had us safely on the road by 4:00. The service, both technical and customer service, was excellent. We very much thank Brian and the technician.

They were super fast and I wished I knew the techs name that was working on my tire, but he was super nice and kind! You never know what people are going through and what your kindness does to make others day better! I highly recommend this place!

Excellent service is my reason for 5 stars. Brian the Manger at the Alpine location is very efficient at what he does. Brian gets you in and out as quickly as possible. An example Today, I went in for an oil change and I was told that it would be a couple of hours before they could service my vehicle and to leave my car with them which I greed to. After exiting the customer service office I realized that I left my cell phone at home and I had no one to call to pick me up. So I sat outside by the curb near my Mustang to wait for my car. Brian stepped in my car to get the mileage and I casually mentioned that I left my phone at home and next thing you know without asking for any special treatment a mechanic drove my car into the repair shop and I was out of there in less than an hour. Wow! Now that was great customer service. Thank you, Brian and all the mechanics for awesome customer service.

I came in with my truck that just died when I was driving. Once I got my vehicle to Family Auto in Alpine, Brian greeted me. He listened to me and got his auto staff right on it. They ran every test there is. Brian made me feel confident and I appreciated all their efforts.

I went to family auto this morning and had an oil change, brake replacement, and front rotor replacement. I got there 30 minutes before they opened and I'm glad I did, because people started lining up after me, and they had a consistent stream of customers while I was there. They seem very popular.

Matt in the front office was very nice, and he explained what was going on with my car and what and why I needed things done. He worked with me on the price and I left extremely satisfied.

The lobby was clean and the chairs comfortable. There are toys and books for if you need to bring your kids. There is also a customer bathroom. I would suggest bringing a sweater as the lobby was a bit chilly.

I will definitely be returning here. They seem to be a well run operation.

Amazing service, our car broke down outside of Alpine, CA and we just looked them up n maps. Service was amazing, price was fair and they got us back on the road home within a short period of time. 10/10 recommend.
