Not the best place in town clearly BUT the staff is very family oriented and they make sure you’re taken care of! Sunny works alot! And they make sure no strangers come in the hotel no non sense! Perfect price range for the quality!

It’s only at the Quality inns that I have this problem.
They give me an issue about upgrading my room as a diamond member.
They tell me they can’t upgrade me and need to call choice. Choice has nothing to do with it. They call and still no help.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and can’t again for the lack of decent knowledge.

It just takes a couple buttons and a note.
They must be cheap.

Clean-ish rooms and a good, cheap stay.
I gotta go to the comfort suites then.

** 2hrs later, quality inn cancels my reservation.
4 calls to choice.
They said I booked a handicap room and I’m not handicapped, so instead of just booking a different room for me at the same rate it was offered, they wanted to charge me $15 more for it. No biggie but this issue is principle based.
Front desk says they canceled it.
I wait 10min to see it pop up on my app, no go.

I had to call choice to cancel it.

Kind of a waste for a simple fix. 00 stars.

The place is nice. But their maintenance crew is absolutely terrible. I was using the restroom and the damn air vent fell off the wall and hit me in the head. It's like they don't know how to do their job and being in maintenance for a long time I've never seen worse. If I was a maintenance manager at this place I would have fired every single one of the technicians. Poor quality work for such a nice place. Literally! The maintenance crew screw the whole damn thing up. Have some pride in your work.

Decently around a lot of parks and points of interest, but that's where the fun stops.
Why does a hotel have so much blood everywhere? Like on carpets in halls and in 2 rooms we were moved to.
Front desk girl kept staring at us when I brought up the blood and said, "What was on the sheets?" "Are you sure?"(looked at me weird) Of course I know what blood looks like, especially dried like... you're a woman/acting girl-child too, so .... dude... why doubt me so rudely....
She then retorted with "What do you want me to do about it?"
It was so hard to take her professionally with such a rude attitude.
Never, while traveling the US, have also been told (by the same attendant) that I'm "not handicapped" for a handicap room? Like ok if you feel you know my disability and say that's not enough, then why are you charging us $15 EXTRA to MOVE US.
Luckily there's a strong weed smelling elevator, so tonight there wasn't much issue, but it's a muscular disability, to say the least, making it not super easy or comfy to do certain movements like get leg over a tub edge or get up from the bathroom.... I digress....

How humiliating.
I'm a very non confrontational person, so I try not to create problems, but she was making problems. So. Much.

Asked for my card 3 separate times too.... pretty sure she copied my number down in the minute she had my card behind the counter....
Then, checking out (different lady) said the deposit would be back after 7 business days?
I'll be checking up on my statements closely after this stay as none of this was normal, even for quality inn....

Very strict with their bare minimum breakfast, too.... what a weird location...

The rooms, other than blood, were standard not well cleaned but clean enough to sleep on sheets that didn't have as much blood on them.
