Staff was absolutely painful to deal with. Upon check in we informed the front desk that we had pets and were charged for a pet deposit and when we checked out they claimed “we never talked about you having pets or paying a pet deposit”. They claimed to be pet friendly but only harassed people owning pets and not those slamming doors and blaring base boosted music at 2 am I couldn’t imagine if we had a child with us. Definitely would NOT recommend if you don’t want your dog to have a heart attack. Only good thing to say was the breakfast was edible although lacking non tooth breaking biscuits

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
Had to change room three times. there was an actual turd in the third room’s toilet with no tissue. The front desk asked me if I could wait till in the morning for the cleaning lady to clean it. I said no, so she gave me a toilet brush and some spray and I had to clean my own toilet this was the night time worker the daytime worker was somewhat nice, but I also found a total of five roaches the next morning and the food was not worth eating. I have kids. I don’t know any kids that likes boiled eggs. It was disgusting. The hallways were so filthy. I did not want my kids to touch them. The carpet had been vacuumed. It looked like in years, very horrible experience would not recommend it to no one. Actually, I think the place needs to be shut down. And of course you can blame it all on management. They should be in control of everything. I would hate to go to their homes and find out how they live. I’m sure you would find them filthy. They will also not refund your money so you’re stuck there.

So bad we didn’t even stay. Called ahead to inform the hotel that we were traveling with a service animal. Upon arriving to the hotel and trying to check in the front desk lady tried asking for a service animal ID card. I informed her that no such things exist and that under ADA that requirement of one from an establishment is illegal. After answering her questions on what the animal was for she insisted that we provide an identification for my wife’s service animal (to include a doctors note which is a violation of HIPPA) stating she had worked there for two years and always required it. After some back and forth she handed me my room card and informed me that the manager would be calling me about my wife’s service animal. I said that was fine and we went in about our day. Upon entering our hotel room it reeked of weed which my wife is highly allergic too. We promptly went back to the front desk and told the same lady that we would be leaving and to cancel our stay which she obliged. I have read some other reviews for this location and it seems that the mistreatment of ADA regulations are a concurrent thing. Some retraining of the staff is required.

This place needed a major overhaul. The couch needed to be thrown out from being worn out. The bed and pillows were good. The bathtub was loosing paint. There was left over soap above the shower. The breakfast was fair with a low amount of protein. |They require a deposit for a key.
