Cleanliness team needs quality supervision. Shortages of fresh bath towels upon check in. Another customer behind me had the same issue at the front desk.
Given a noisy room next to main road and elevator even after I’ve requested for 2 quiet rooms..
Basic breakfast with fresh waffle making machine.
Warm coffee and water for tea at the front lobby.
Enjoyed 10% discount as hotel guests for meals ordered at Bleu Monkey bar & grill restaurant next door.

Positive: The staff were very courteous and the hotel is very conveniently located. Television channel choices were decent. The bathrooms are large and well-lit. Room had both a refrigerator and microwave. Negative: Room photos do not match posted photos. None of the ice makers on any floor were functioning during our stay. Room seemed smaller than stated. Key cards were extremely difficult. Had very hard time opening door.

Positive: Large rooms, comfortable mattress, clean, large, soft towels. Good location, right next door to an excellent restaurant..AC worked wonderful Negative: Small pillows, more furniture (a second chair, more "flat surfaces") would be nice. There was no USB in the room. Poor breakfast : No Wafflemaker, very limited selection, no honey, no cream cheese, eggs and patties seemed microwaved only.

Good enough. The floors and paint have been refreshed but the bedding and furniture is pretty rough. It’s good enough for the price. The elevator is touchy and has a portable AC unit in the hallway keeping it from overheating (note to owner/manager: the AC coils need to be cleaned or it’s going to burn up it’s caked in dust)

Anyway it sleeps that’s about it.

Well. For $100 a night, this should have been better. Being a Radisson Hotel, I would have thought it was nicer. Got to our room and it was clean. Went to sit down on one bed and the sheets were wet. The other bed was fine. Went to use the bathroom and found a cockroach in the floor. Don’t worry I killed it. The pillows were tiny and the bed made a loud creak when we sat down. Super uncomfortable too. Can completely feel the springs. The hotel is super run down. We only are staying one night and it was super last minute. Didn’t even have luggage (thankfully). My next trip down, I won’t be staying here.

Well, first of all, I'd like to start by saying the staff was amazing! Very friendly and accommodating. Casey was awesome!
We were booked on the second story for two nights. Lovely room, but the elevator didn't work. Nor was there any sign during our two day stay that it was being worked on... lots of luggage with my family, so that sucked. Then lol to top it off. The only ice machine that worked was on the 3rd floor. Again, no maintenance tech was seen working on it. The staff was awesome but, who ever is the general manager needs to invest in their business...
