Very friendly owners and a great price. The room was clean and had the necessary things. It is old, even though it looked like it had been recently updated. It’s not a Hilton but it is a good place to get some shut eye. Out of all the motels here, I would definitely choose this one.

Stayed here with my husband at the Ozark Inn in Mena AK. back in October of 2024 and had no complaints. Bullet points below and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
1. Easy on and off US Hwy 71, just outside of town for two
nights.
2. The room was very clean and freshly updated.
3. Staff friendly
4. Fairly quite location
5. Parking lot lit and clean

Fridge was barely under room temp so I attempted to see if it was plugged in and it dumped water all over the floor of our room. It appears to be family ran and apparently the family has some garden plants that they harvest the vegetables from in certain areas of the hotel parking lot and I got some pretty evil stares from the people in the garden which made me feel uncomfortable. The four stars that shows on Google makes it seem warm and inviting but that's not how I felt after staying there. Are you remodeling the rooms the guests are going to stay in or are you remodeling the rooms that you use for yourself. I hope it's for the guests. Don't recommend this place.

Greetings...at the last minute, I got a Room at the Ozark Inn Motel in Mena, AR without any Headache...! Very PLEASED for it's Price $$, X-Cleanliness, Remodel, and Amenities (Refrig., Microwave, Blowdryer, Coffee Pot, etc), and not to mention Parking directly in front of Room...!
The Manager and Staff were VERY Accomodating...!
So, if in the Mena, AR area, I would "strongly" Suggest the Ozark Inn Motel...!

Room was clean and newly remodled. Remodling still in process. At least they didn't start banging and sawing till 08:45. All in all I would stay there again.

This motel has what you need and nothing you don't. The owners/staff are friendly, and the price is right. The bed was comfortable enough. The location is perfect for my needs. I will stay here again.

We stay at the Ozark Inn almost every year. Always super clean, everyone is very friendly and helpful. They are continually improving the property. Reasonable price. We'll continue to stay here.
