Nice little hotel. They’re remodeling it. My room was nice. On the main strip next to the farmers market, and a diner next door too. Breakfast and lunch at the diner. Clean rooms. Friendly people. Easy to talk to. David is at the desk. Pam and her daughter Lisa take care of the rooms. Good weekly rates. I enjoyed my stay there. If I’m back through there? I’ll be staying again.

Amazing 10 star hotel completely remodeled and you cannot beat the price weekly rates for a single room were dirt cheap under 300 bucks and for a double room only 50 bucks more outstanding quality

Looking for a motel to stay a couple night. Got on my Google and the only place with over a 3 star was the Lakeside inn 3.3. pulled got my room and was like WOW!!! Clean, comfortable, hot water. Rooms were up to date affordable and I have stayed in a few small town hotel/motel that can't hold a candle. I don't know what the previous owners had going on but Lakeside is headed in the right direction. Keep up the good work.

I came into town for one night and this is BY FAR the very best place to stay in town. My room was wonderful, everything top notch. The bed was so comfortable, heat/air worked wonderfully, hot shower, the room is updated and everything is just beautiful honestly! They are still updating other rooms in the comlex, so there is obvious construction taking place but it didn't make any difference in my stay at all. I will definitely be coming back when in town!!! The owners were so friendly and accommodating. I felt extremely safe and will definitely make this my go to when in town. Thank you for a GREAT night's rest and comfortable place to stay.

Pam and dave are great, very friendly. I spent 2 months at lakeside. I was in town for work. Always had clean towels and a clean room/ fresh sheets. They have a patio, with grills/ black-stone. The rooms are newly renovated. They have rooms with kitchen/ or without kitchen. They have reasonable prices for the quality of the rooms provided. Pets are not allowed. No breakfast. If I am in town again I will stay here every time!

Best hotel experience I've ever had. Rooms are newly remodeled, and everyone is very friendly. I have stayed here for 5 months with work and I am very spoiled. Other motels just can't stand up to this place.

For the price, great motel. Renovated rooms are clean. Shower maintained hot water for 5 people. Breakfast place in same parking lot for convenience

Great price and super friendly folks. Completely newly remodeled rooms. Best place in Newport to stay and will stay there every time I return for visits. Once upon a time you could not have paid me to stay there but new ownership with a very different business plan makes it the very best there.
