Internet te piden que inicies sesión a cada momento... muy mal servicio de Internet... 2 veces me hospede y los cuartos apestaban a cigarro ... siendo que había reservado cuarto de no fumadores ... pedí cambiar de cuarto a uno sin olor a cigarro ... por lo demás todo bien... atención y buen desayuno bien

Un buen lugar para quedarse en Fayetteville, Arkansas. Muy seguro y apacible. Se preocupan por la comodidad de la persona que se hospeda. Muy cerca de Walmart y restaurantes. Recomendable alquilar un carro, para salir a la ciudad, que es muy pequeña. El hotel tiene piscina, máquinas dispensadores de gaseosas, zona de barbacue y ascensor para el segundo piso.

Fue una experiencia normal. Las habitaciones son bastantes amplios y limpios. Sin embargo el servicio no sirve bien y no son muy ayudables.

Location right off the highway. Front desk staff Rick I believe is his name, was super friendly and kind! He offered me breakfast as I checked in a few minutes after breakfast began. My room is top of the line clean and fresh.

My wife had a wonderful experience at your hotel because of the outstanding service that Minnie gave. She went above and beyond in so many ways. She is a very caring young person and truly knows what hospitality Is!
My wife had lesser interactions with Chase, however he also provided fine service.
Jay was very inhospitable and made it clear that being hospitable was not part of his job description.

Once again a great experience with Minnie, a wonderful loving, caring soul!

Positive: This hotel did not look like much on the outside but the inside was exceptionally clean and the staff was very friendly. Please keep in mind there is a $100 deposit. You can pay in cash and get the money back when you check out. Negative: No. The breakfast was great for a 2.5 star hotel. I was very impressed and I was not expecting that.

We stayed the night of 07/31/2024. I walked in our room (1st floor, either 101 or 102) and was overwhelmed with the smell of mold, old tobacco smoke, and ? It stunk! Walked right back out and requested a different room. Staff was accommodating and apologetic, showed us to another room on the 2nd floor. It was right outside the elevators, and only smelled marginally better. Nope! We took a third room further down the hall. Early in the am I woke and got up, and noticed large stains on my sheets. Could not go back to bed after that. They sent up the housekeeper in the am who examined the sheets, explained the "stains" were actually worn out areas that look grey, and they were not supposed to be used in regular rooms, but only those accommodating construction workers. ? Thankfully we only had to be there one night and will never go back again. Besides smelly rooms, very dubious and worn linens, all the furniture in all three rooms we saw was very old and worn, cigarette burns, dings, scratches, and just very very yuck. Charged full price for a very nasty room!!!

Positive: Rate and breakfast Negative: Room had tobacco odor.? although the whole place was supposed to be smoke free. So much so I notified the desk so I would not be charged their smoking penalties.
