The worst hotel room I've stayed in in a long while.

The curtains do not close, they are permanently hung in this one position. You will be bombarded with the lights and noise from the adjacent parking lot and be prepared to dress in the bathroom, nothing like being a peep show performer if you venture into the room to dress. No rest for the weary.

Luggage carts are broken so be prepared to haul all your things up.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years. Came back this summer to find out the old GM is gone! Hispanic lady very nice and professional. The hotels new management is unprofessional! I spoke with the new GM and he does not know the first thing about hospitality. There was a kid running around the front desk as I was getting checked in. Wow! And kids cleaning rooms with the housekeepers. My room wasn’t ready until 7pm. I will never stay here again. If you’re going to change management at least upgrade!

DO NOT STAY at this hotel!!!!! Over parents weekend my mom left her wallet hidden in the bottom of her backpack since she had to carry a clear bag into the football game. Someone had access to her room and stole her checkbook, all of her credit cards and all of her cash out of there hidden wallet at the bottom of her backpack. Someone then must have given to them to friends/family or was the thief and went to the Best Buy in Fayetteville and charged multiple cards for over $3000 a piece. Their is a police report and footage and will be pressing charges....

There was no hot tub which was the main reason I rented the room. When I booked the room it said there was. There was a place where a hot tub had once been all filled in with concrete. The pool beside it was dingy & not very inviting to say the least. With a rusty chair hanging above it. The service was ok & the rooms were clean. The free breakfast wasn't worth the trip downstairs.

Positive: a great hotel room to stay in, quiet Negative: Breakfast was really lacking. They were out of a lot of items. The coffee in a jug was not hot, the plastic forks,knives,and spoons were worthless....they were so bendable and flexible that you could not eat with them or use them for anything.

It's nice and the staff is nice. Clean rooms. Except it's not worth the high price for one night. And the beds are not qween size. It's a full size. So they lie about that.

The front desk was really nice and welcoming, the rooms smelled heavily perfumed and like the covering up of smoke, it was incredibly humid in the room as well. The curtains are bolted to the wall so the street lights shone through with only a thin white curtain, making it really hard to sleep. They have free breakfast though. The room next door was extremely loud and played their TV incredibly loud that isnt the hotels fault necessarily but the walls are thin so be warned.
