Very nice people. Moved here from Cleveland Ohio and they were very welcoming has helped out on where to find good food tell us about the town. You're super close to a lot of stores and fast food places. Never gets too loud other guest are pretty good with staying quiet.

The hotel overall was a nice stay, my wife and I enjoyed our stay while getting to go to a Razorbacks game and enjoying North West Arkansas! Location is great for food access and local stores.

I am Jason at this location of Fayetteville Arkansas love the hotel, very convenient just like an actual apartment with two burner stove microwave, full size refrigerator. Vending machines, plus none like I seen before when you can do your laundry using your smartphone to use washers and dryers so cool . Plus the best of all is the staff are awesome from Matthew,Joe , and Waylon .

I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Fayetteville, AR, and it was truly a great experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable and seamless stay.

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with a full kitchen, which was perfect for preparing meals during my extended stay. The kitchen setup with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave made it easy to eat healthy without having to dine out all the time. The hotel also provided all the necessary cookware and utensils, which was a nice touch.

One of the highlights was the peaceful environment. Despite being in a convenient location near shops, restaurants, and major highways, the hotel itself was quiet, allowing me to relax and focus on work. The Wi-Fi was reliable, making it easy for me to stay connected, and the workspace in the room was comfortable.

The property also has a clean laundry facility, which was a lifesaver during my longer stay. The staff was always attentive, keeping the common areas clean and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the housekeeping team was thorough and respectful of privacy, working around my schedule and only cleaning on requested days.

Overall, I highly recommend the Extended Stay America in Fayetteville to anyone needing a home-like atmosphere with all the amenities for an extended stay. The service, convenience, and comfort level were top-notch, making my time here very enjoyable. I will definitely return if I need an extended stay in the area again!

I checked in and was assisted by Kayla. Wow... what can I say about her? Well alot. She was so kind and very helpful smiling the whole time a few hours after I checked in my toilet was stopped up and by this time it was almost 11:00 at night so I had to call down to the office and wake her up to get a plunger most managers or cashiers would have been cranky and grumpy to have been woke up at that time of night but not Kayla she was awesome once again smiling brightly can very kind I wish more cashiers could be like her.. she was awesome thank you Kayla you rock!!!!

We actually had a good stop on our way to Dallas. The manager knew some great local places to eat and even had us lined up in Tulsa. Rooms were clean, property was nice ?

I’ve never ever had to write a negative review but hope no one ever has to go through what my family just experienced. The front desk clerk never allowed us to check in after arriving at the entrance and waiting for 30 minutes. We were never greeted and once we called at 6pm he came to the front as if he’d been sleeping only to tell us they overbooked and could not give us our room after waiting for him to go back and forth for an hour we have no idea what he was doing as other patrons were waiting as well. He had a manual notebook looking up reservations rather than a computer and he said he’d refund our money which we still don’t have a refund. We tried to get an explanation of what was going on and showed proof of our reservation but we began to suspect suspicious activity and had to leave. We drove 7 hours and never understood what happened. He kept going to the back and when we decided to leave he threatened to call the police we have no idea why so strange.
