3 of us got 3 different rooms. The lobby looked remodeled but not very clean (or elevator). Rooms had old beat up rusted furniture. Bath floor looked unswept and gross build up on base tile. Hairs on floor and tub, fuzz in sink, no soap, mold. Manager literally said not a word when we checked out 2 days early! Very poor breakfast! Didnt get pics of mold from other rooms

The best value for the price anywhere in Jonesboro. The room had a few minor cosmetic issues, and no breakfast or coffee in the lobby, but I checked out at 5am so thats understandable. Danielle was behind the desk when I checked in and greeted me with a smile and even price matched online 3rd party prices. Adam was behind the desk when I checked out and also had a smile. He was very helpful with returning my deposit after checking the room when I left. Overall this a great place to stay the night. Once again the best value in Jonesboro. Thanks again Danielle and Adam! I'll definitely stay here again!

Got there the elevator was down. Went into our non smoking room and it smelled like smoke went to turn lamps on and missing bulbs and toilet roll holder. Went down and told the lady and my husband called and said the toilet was clogged. She switched our rooms. Got it laid down. The next morning I get up to shower and there is black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. The vending machines were disgusting the breakfast was bread and muffins and little microwave sausage biscuits and yogurt. Did not have coffee cups had to use the thin little water cups so decided no breakfast or coffee there. All in all this was the worst hotel we have stayed at. I told them the mold and the housekeeper acted like she knew about it. Oh yeah check out was 11 but at 930 we had someone knick on the door and ask if we were staying another night... wait what why are u doing that if check out is at 11. Not at all recommending this hotel. The lady's behind the desk were super nice only thing good for this hotel! I wish I could post pictures.

Positive: "" Negative: We had mold on the first comforter and the replacement had pee stains all over it. They said there was no towels somehow in a 5 day stay we only got 4 towels to use. Room was cleaned very poorly too

The staff is too good for this place. You can tell (experience) that the owner of this Baymont is running it into the ground through neglect. It's lacking the details like bar soap, a working ice maker on more than one of three floors, a pool that is not noted on the website that is closed, cold coffee from yesterday at what they call breakfast. I won't be back.

Positive: Nothing. I even left a day early. Negative: The dirtiest room ever. Toliet was nasty, mold everywhere. Hair in the shower, opening between the door a wall that people walking the hall could see into your room. Coffee pot molded with water in it from no telling when, plus other gross stuff.

Not keeping up with Hotel standards. Selling high priced rooms that come with a full complimentary breakfast set forth in the hotel chain standards, yet you choose to cut corners and not even put it out on Saturday. That is stealing from the consumers that pay your high prices and expect to receive a quality room with the preconceived expectation from staying at other hotels of getting a quality breakfast included. Yet we didn't get eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, pancakes, waffles, yogurt etc. This was a cheap breakfast for the price that consists of oatmeal, English muffins, cereal, juice, cheap little baby donuts and barely any coffee at all. Horrible thieves is what I found disgracing the brand and cheating the consumers...
