There's NO way this is rated an 8 star! The front office smelled funky, and the rooms were horrible. The bathroom boarders were peeling off the walls from the decay. The beds were extremely stiff, in my opinion. I couldn't even brush my teeth as the water was gag worthy. The worst part was the AC/heat unit on the wall, an when we switched it to heat, a death smell came from the unit. I don't recommend this hotel at all, not even for $80/night! Even if there was breakfast, there's no way I'd eat there.

The shower was hot, the A/C was cold, and the sheets and towels were clean. The lot is well lit and you can park right in front of your room. It's an older hotel obviously, but it seems like they're trying to keep it up. There's no breakfast or coffee, but right across the street is a Shell station with coffee and delicious fried food offerings to include pork chops and biscuits and gravy. Ultimately it was the bare bones experience I expected and the price was right. No complaints for room 113.

No thrills location which offered semi clean rooms with a semi old atmosphere. For the purpose of my visit this room served perfect but the price was a little overpriced being that it was old-fashioned and no service whatsoever. I've stayed at four better places for cheaper prices and received four superior service but overall I would recommend fairbridge Inn Express of Stuttgart Arkansas for your overnight stay if you need somewhere to sleep.

Stayed here while hunting, to be honest it’s not bad. I have definitely stayed in worse. Staff was really kind and there were nice vehicles in the lot. Rooms were to be expected for an older motel. Some cosmetic damage and that distinct musty smell but overall not bad. The bathroom and vanity counter looked new, TV, fridge and microwave all looked new and CLEAN. Mattresses were comfy and had the bed bud covers on them, linen was clean. I mean really, for the price it’s not bad, area seemed safe and secure. I would stay here again.

1) They can speak understandable English!!!
2) Very clean, LARGE room!!!
The only downside was there were no hand towels in our room & being an older motel there were a FEW minor cracks in the corner behind the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was much better than the name brand, higher priced places we stay.

I've stayed in all the motels in this area and the owners of this one are great ppl! I've left items in my room that were returned on my next stay. I've been here off and on five years now and never lost a tool or had anything stolen ever. It's a safe place.

If you're looking for a place to pass out in, it'll work. However, that's about it. The AC cut in and out, the sink faucet sprayed water everywhere, the outlets on one wall wouldn't hold any charger in them, the curtains were stained, the TV kept losing signal, and eventhough the door locked it didn't seem to close the whole way. Would not stay there again. There are other better options, albeit 10 to 15 more, the money spent would be worth it.
