This place was beautiful! I loved all the little attention to details spread around. The staff was lovely, from the front desk to the grounds keeper to the house cleaners.
The rooms felt like you were staying in a personal room. The pillows were comfy and the bed was firm but not uncomfortable.
The only downside was the bathrooms were on the small side, and the water pressure in the shower was like a trickle. The rooms had the option to be adjoining which unfortunately we had loud neighbors that were up until early morning hours so that was a little frustrating.
But they have free cookies when you check in and can grab water or v8 at anytime along with assorted fruits. The breakfast had a different variety of the normal continental breakfast options. My husband said the coffee was good. I had a variety of hot teas to choose from that were also good.
The scenery was beautiful and made you forget you were on a main road.
I would stay again!

We recently stayed at this hotel and, although our experience started off a bit rocky, it turned out to be fantastic thanks to Larry, the receptionist. Upon arrival, we were given the Roman Suite, which had an odd design that didn’t really match the aesthetic of the rest of the hotel. We were initially off-put by it, but Larry came to the rescue. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, helping us switch to a different room that was more in line with our preferences and what we initially expected after seeing the pictures online. His excellent customer service truly turned our stay into a great experience. Thanks to Larry, we would gladly return!

We stayed one night & we'll definitely go back, if we're in the area. Good shower; great bed; very clean room; well stocked; no perfumy scent on anything (great for allergy sufferers); lovely pond/waterfall on the property & very welcoming staff & freshly baked cookies!?
I do wish there was no door between the vanity area & shower/toilet area. That's not a good location for a door.

Beautiful inn. Must stay and must visit!
Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Very kind and hospitable receptionists (Lilly and Jennifer). Lovely architecture with original beams. Nice history with well maintained machinery. Overheard those are in working condition.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Very nice! Conveniently located next to the interstate but clean and classy. The staff are amazing and provide cookies and newspapers for free in their lobby. Their breakfast is also delicious with fresh fruit, pastries, and quiches.

We stayed here on labor day weekend and it was a great room service was excellent the only thing that I didn't like was there choice in breakfast. For the amount they charge to stay here breakfast could be alot better I've stayed in cheaper hotels and the breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs biscuits and gravy pancakes or waffles and other stuff. Not at this one we get Jimmy Dean sandwiches and rolled up lunch meat and cheese and cereal needless to say not very happy with breakfast other than that it is a very nice hotel I will stay here again in the future We will just have to venture out for breakfast.
