We were doing a road trip from Toronto, Canada to Dallas, Texas and stayed at the Quality Inn in Arkadelphia on the way as we were tired and looking for a place to sleep. We entered the lobby and it was immaculately clean. Front desk clerk was super friendly and quickly got us checked into a non-smoking room. We entered the room and it was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We slept well and in the morning went for a breakfast. To our surprise, the breakfast selection was by far the best we had in choice hotels we have been to so far. Property was old but kudos to owners for keeping in amazing condition. Highly recommend if you’re passing by.

Great breakfast buffet - very thoughtful and great variety. This is an older motel but the management is great and the service is awesome. We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Will be staying at a QI again if we continue to have this level of experience!!

I was very surprised to see that they have smoking rooms. I didn't think any hotel let you smoke in your room. Regardless, the room was very clean. There were lots of channels on the TV, beds were comfortable, large size mini fridge and microwave, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and toiletries, coffee maker with all the fixings. There were plenty of outlets and furniture. I was surprised to see that they had a heat lamp in the bathroom, which was nice. The water pressure was super strong. The hand towels were folded into roses and the towel on the tub was folded to create a fancy pocket for the bar of soap. I didn't get a chance to see the pool, but breakfast was great, plenty of hot food: eggs and sausage, biscuitsand gravy, etc! I definitely recommend this hotel.
