The staff is warm and kind hearted, they're extremely helpful with any questions I've or the other guests that have stayed here have had, they're never rude and have always had great communication with all of the staff I've interacted with. They were clear and concise when making sure I understood room and payment agreements for my reservations and have made sure to let us and other guest know how to have someone available to them outside of office hours so we always feel taken care of here. It's really feels like home. The suites and building itself is the cleanest one I've been inside it always smells freshly cleaned and looks clean and so do the rooms. The other people renting rooms are quiet and friendly and dont cause the staff any issues so staying here is very pleasant for visiting the area or stopping to rest after hitting events all night. This place really has it all and that's rare to find. The real diamond in this state has to be the suites and their staff because they really do shine! Thank you extended stay America I really appreciate your teams efforts to strive for continued excellence. Because your team definitely goes above and beyond to achieve that

Location was okay. It was really close to places to eat and some other small grocery stores.
The staff was really nice. Be aware you cannot check into this hotel after 11:30pm. We did not see anything about this through the 3rd party booking website about this, and we checked into at 11:27. The girl said the system would not let her bypass so we could check in, but it wouldn’t let her. Luckily she was so kind and gave us a room key and told us she would take care of it the next day.
With the lower price for a stay, you get what you pay for.

When I visit the NWA area, I enjoy staying at the Extended Stay America. The location feels private and the rooms are nice. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially Nikole, who works at the front desk and makes sure I have everything I need.

I've been staying here for several weeks and it's been great. Smoke free, rooms are clean, the people that work here are very nice! The manager truly cares about his work. It's very reasonably priced. Never had any issues, and they're pet friendly!

my wife and i stayed here in the month of june, moved out, then moved back in with a better rate about a month later and stayed nearly all of September. both stays were wonderful. Chris, Nicole, Scott, u guys are awesome! the room is what you would expect, nothing fancy, but very clean. wifi is weak but works most nights, and there is a smell that u have to adjust to, but if there's ever a problem, maintenance gets it fixed asap. Rates are crazy expensive but this is probably the cheapest in town at the moment and we'll be back if all else fails. best of luck and thank u for the stay! - Keith #117 ?

I stayed here for a long time . Until I couldn't .. but I can't say enough about this place it was my home . Nicole was awesome., Chris he is a special person so kind and is always smiling .. Scott completely the best person in the area he is caring and honest and thank him still to this day even though I have moved on . These people are my family and they will always have a place in my heart.. I miss being there .
