Beautiful location and space! Near the stadium, ballpark and basketball center, plus additional sporting events. The surrounding area is growing and changing each year. The rooms and gather areas are attractive and well thought out but not the best quality. The design is modern with warm touches and overall quite comfortable, even when considering negatives. My daughter and her friends feel safe and comfortable living here.

I was a resident last year and it’s only gotten worse since. While I was there there were cracks between the room so big you could look through. Our finals week in the spring/move out week the building flooded. Not unheard of for this building. This past year I have heard of several floods and they regularly have to put out buckets on the bottom floor to catch water. The location is great for sports and the creative community is super neat, but if you want to go to class and not deal with floods I highly recommend you try your hardest to get a different dorm. It’s just not worth the effort.

Really nice. The walls are thin and it is a good walk from nice food. The ceiling makes popping noises in the fall though and sometimes drip.
